Boy, you people are fast and efficient! With a broken spring, I called a little after eight and was told someone would be here a little after ten, which he was. Paul L. came and repaired the spring, put in new rollers on the side and bearings at my request and was gone before eleven. He left behind a door that was operating much more efficiently and QUIET! Thank you so much.

Precision did a remarkable job from making an appointment to have a technician to service our broken door, and upon asking, to then show us how affordable it was to replace the doors and all the hardware! Luke (inital technician/salesman) was Excellent! Very friendly and professional. Respected the social distancing paramters set by the CDC and his company. Then Julia was excellent in contacting me to set up the installation date and go over pricing and answer all questions. Then Gary came and did an Exceptional job installing two Beautiful New Doors with all new hardware! After the job finished I paid the balance online but noticed an Oops on the invoice. I contacted Julia and she and the Owner Kim fixed the problem lickity-split! Talk about customer service! Phenominql service start to finish! Thank you precision Door Service!

We have Marantec Garage Door Opener, with a lifetime warranty and Precision no longer sells their product. Almost once a year we have problems and it will not close or reverses itself when we think it closed only to find it open in the middle of the night. Today it was simply a loose wire in the terminal of the head unit. Stan was prepared to replace the head unit (for the second time) under the Marantec warranty. The last service call was about a month ago and the loose wire was not discovered. While we disagree slightly on the lifetime warranty coverage, Precision has been out promptly (usually same or next day), courteous and Stan Prosser the owner has even given our problem his personal attention. I would give five stars but for the number of calls and difference of opinion on labor coverage. Stan is a gentleman and a good businessman. He is very good to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision, but not the Marantec brand of opener. Precision has also gone above and beyond in the warranty service for the garage door itself. With this in mind, I just added the fifth star!

I had a broken door hinge to be replaced. Brad, the technician who arrived was very knowledgeable and professional and replaced not only the broken part but also investigated and diagnosed and fixed the root problem with the door installation that was causing the stress on the hinge in the first place. Really great job!

Hunter was terrific. He efficiently diagnosed the problem with my garage door which had stopped opening - a failed motor (20 years old). He was able to install the new motor, sensors, wall switch, and chain rail right away. He explained all elements and was very respectful and helpful in answering my questions.

5 Stars! Showed up on time, investigated all parts of door and then advised on a plan. They only fixed what was broken, but gave a heads up for possible future areas to watch. I have had them come out a few times for repairs the past and the technicians are kind and knowledgeable. Will call them again. Excellent! (Also enjoyed the tech's dog, very sweet!)

We damaged our garage door opener mechanism when an electrical extension cord we draped over it for our Christmas lights got caught on it. We disconnected the door from the mechanism, but it wouldn't close all the way, and we were leaving town a couple of days later and needed it fixed. We reached Precision Door that same night, and they came out the following morning. They checked the door and repaired it, also checked the other door. They were very efficient, and reasonably priced, too!

Thanks to Nick for saving the day. Not only did he fix the door with new rollers, but safely replaced the lower roller bracket and cable attachment for our 45 year old door. Very professional! PAUL called on us. Gave a quote & explained the product. We had another quote for less. He brought the quote to a more competitive level, not equal, but close for a little better door. He didn't want to give up. I liked the idea of a manufacturer from our Northwest area. We discussed the new motor. Ours wasn't dead yet, but my wife remembered the age--30 years old. We decided on the motor as well as the door. That makes for no surprises down the road. Paul was easy to work with, and I felt confidence in his presentation and product.
