No one wants to have problems with their garage door. There was an obvious broken spring. I found Precision using a Google search and liked the way they described their business. I used the web based schedular and was able to schedule an appointment the next morning at a convenient time. I got a call from Jackson to give me a heads up when he was about 15 minutes away. When he arrived he inspected the entire garage door system and we talked about alternatives and I selected the services that I wanted. I then went inside to play with our dogs while he fixed everything using supplies he already had in his truck. Everything was very convenient. When he was done we opened and closed the door several times while I looked at things that were replaced. The door works perffectly and also looks and sounds much better. I am very happy with Precision and Jackson.

You only have one chance to make a first impression and we were very pleased with the initial reservation, followup communication and arriving on time to start the service. Luke was our service guy who explained what our problem was and developed a plan to resolve. He communicated in a way we could understand and explained what options were. Sam from Precision Door Service was excellent. Same-day appointment, clear inspection and explanation, and a neat repair finished in about 30 minutes. My older wood garage door had some install limitations from previous owners, but Sam listened to my concerns and still improved the fit and function as much as possible. He also showed me how to do a quick self-check and how to manually open the door during a power outage. Patient, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend.

Called them for a lift spring adjustment on one door. Turned out both doors needed some tuning. Everything runs smooth (lubed springs and rollers)and correct now. Techs were friendly and professional.

Nicholas was great. I called on a Sunday and didn't need someone immediately, but he was here within 30 minutes. Based on research, I thought I needed a new opener but he diagnosed it as a problem with the wall mount opener. Thought I was going to have to spend 1000 to 1500 and it ended up being $260. I was very pleased with the outcome. I got a new wall unit and he resolved a couple of other issues we were having. Very pleased with the outcome.

I had my garage door tune up today. The technician had completed other work earlier here too. As in the past he was super enthusiastic and made the door go back to it's original "purr". You have a great company that has helped with fixing the door and maintaining it for many years. Note, I had a rough work week so far and couldn't match their upbeat enthusiasm. No reflection on him or the company, just a couple of low sleep nights trying to find a solution for a clients business dilemma. Also, good to see that you are training new employees for your trade. The trades industry is extremely important in building and maintaining just about everything in our country.

They took time to explain the different options, made thoughtful recommendations based on our needs, and never rushed the process. The result exceeded our expectations. Our new opener is unbelievably quiet, the door runs smoothly, and we even got great bonus features like a built-in camera and extra lighting. After the install, they set everything up for us, programmed our cars, reset the keypad, and made sure we understood how to use every feature before they left. From start to finish, the whole experience was seamless and impressive. We had a new opener, spring, and related hardware installed last January and wanted to have it inspected and adjusted prior to Winter. We were able to get an appointment the same day we called and our tech was great about keeping us informed as to the time he would be on site. The service was excellent as he adjusted the spring tension, opener arm, and lubricated all the necessary fittings. We were really appreciative that Luke answered all our questions and explained what adjustment were made and why. We couldn't have asked for more.
