Great experience and would highly recommend Percision. I had called them out to repair a broken lift cable/chain on our 16 year old opener. Brad took the time to educate me on what to expect as far as possible future repairs for an opener this old. It became apparant to me that it was just a matter of time before other components (e.g. plastic gear) would fail. I never felt pressured to purchase a new opener but that's what I ultimated decided to do. I'm glad I did. Not only does it give me piece of mind but the operation of the new unit is whisper quite as compared to our old opener. Thank you!

I have chosen Precision for two garage door repairs (on two separate doors) and I recommend them. On the first occasion they replaced the spring. On this occasion Brad realigned tracks so that the door would close properly, then he explained the option, cost & benefit of replacing its spring (which was 23 years old). I decided to go ahead with the replacement and am happy i did so, did not feel pressured into making that decision. Precision was very easy to deal with: scheduling the service call was easy and Brad was very straightforward to work with, he explained effectively and answered all my questions, and everything worked out just as he said it would.

Gary arrived approximately 1 1/2 hours after I called the office to request a service call. The spring was broken and the other moving parts were old and rusted. My garage door was missing a roller and making a lot of noise as it went up and down. The technician advised me that the springs that had been previously installed were not correct and advised replacing those as well as the cables. When our garage door started to act up I called Precision. I was greeted by Lisa who was understanding and helpful. She asked me a few questions to qualify my problem. She had me check to make sure the safety beams were aligned correctly. They were and she then scheduled a Tech to come out. Jesse called an hour early to verify the time and address and arrived a few minutes early. Once inside he asked me a series of questions and gave the equipment a close examination while trouble shooting the problem. He answered all my questions and explained each process and the function of each component. He was thorough in his troubleshooting and logical in his problem solving. It was not long till my garage door was up and down again with ease. Jesse was professional, courteous and engaging. From first call to the handshake goodbye it was as advertised. Gary did all the right things for perfect customer service: called that he was on his way; arrived promptly; was courteous; give me some options and we agreed on the best one; had all the tools needed in his van; fixed the problem for a nominal fee; gave me some preventive maintenance hints and went on his way. And remember this was a 5-6 year old door. Very pleased.

We had obtained your services back in 2002, to fix a broken garage door spring, but we also had the garage door rollers replaced. Your services also included a checklist; oiling, bolt tightening, screws, basically ensuring that the garage door is in great operating condition. Our garage door worked flawlessly until 2011, due to broken springs. We solicited your services again to not only replacing the broken spring, also adding a 3rd spring for extending the life of the springs up to 20 years. Thank you for keeping our garage door in 'Precision' condition.

I had a fantastic experience with Precision Door Service. The technicians were actually running ahead of schedule and gave a call to make sure it would be ok if they showed up early. The work was done quickly, and with great detail. The springs were replaced, the bearings were replaced, and a couple a ailing rollers were replaced for no extra charge. The best part is that all joints in the door were lubricated before they left, and our door has never been this quiet. All in all, I am very pleased with the experience, and I would certainly recommend Precision for any garrage door work.
