Tim arrived earlier than appointment time, called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Listened to me when I explained the problem. I ended up replacing the opener (it was over 25 years old) Tim explained everything to me, how the opener worked and all the details of the remote. He also helped me get the app up and running. Our garage door spring broke. So gave Precision a call. Lou was the scheduler and was able to set me up with a technician that afternoon. Tim, the technician called us to let us know he was on his way. After arriving, he discussed issue and went over options. Tim was great. He performed his work and got the door working again. Greased the rollers and hinges and recommended an annual checkup. He was very professional and didn't mind me watching him do his job. We've used Precision for all our garage door work and they've never disappointed us. Thanks again.

I highly recommend precision door. The professional personnel from start to finish, made this experience very easy. Outstanding service! I hit the garage door track with my car, so I was feeling a bit chagrined (polite word). Precision had a tech to the house within 3 hours of my call. He fixed it promptly & with good humor. Charge was 1/2 to 1/4 of what I’d expected. What’s not to love?

This company is absolutely the best company I have ever dealt with. They are usually able to come within the hour. Their technicians are always professional and helpful. I was offered three options. I am soooo happy that I chose to replace the broken motor unit (not sure what it is called). The new unit is magnificent!! It is o quiet and smooth. Branden was efficient and helpful. I was thrilled to be able to get someone to come the same day that the spring broke. Alex was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure talking with him. He worked efficiently, cleaned up perfectly after finishing the job, and gave me good tips on keeping the door in good working order. Nice guy, and excellent service, though likely much higher priced than competitors.

Precision showed up on time unlike a competitor of theirs (Overhead Door of Portland) who the day before was to be at my home at 2:00 but showed up at 3:00, when I had a doctors appointment at 3:30. I did not allow Overhead to do any work. Precision's service was great at $69.95 when Overhead quoted me $225.00 to fix the same problem. And the door is like a new door now after the great job that Precision did. I will be using precision from now on. Not that other company in town.

I contacted Precision after searching Angies List. Branden called ahead of time and arrived on time. After assessing the problem, I decided to install a new opener. Branden did a great job with the installation and I am very happy with the new opener. Would not hesitate to use Precision again.

Purchased a set of new wall mount openers in the fall. With the damp weather the wooden doors expanded creating a binding on the new electric eye brackets. Door was hanging up on the bracket. Brad was early for the appointment and proceeded to fix the problem in about 10 minutes by modifying the location of the brackets. Better than the original install and all at NO CHARGE! Thanks!!!
