Eric was the technician that installed my cable driven garage door opener. I chose Precision because they installed my double wide garage door opener 9 years ago. Eric was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the installation so it was understandable to me. He was quick to diagnose a problem with cables that were worn and recommended replacement on the install 9 years ago that were warranted. Eric is a credit to Precision. I called on a Saturday when I my garage door failed. Travis was here within 2 hours of my call and had it repaired in no time. I was offered three options, Travis also called when he thought he might be delayed due to traffic on the bridge. I would like to thank Joe for giving us a quote on a new door, opener, and keypad. Our old garage door was approx. 20 years old and had seen better days. We went with a door with windows and it looks so nice plus I really like the natural light coming in!Joe was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would also like to thank CJ for his work in installing the new door, opener and keypad. He did a great job! We love our new door and opener. It's so quiet compared to the old door! Love the fact that we can download an app that will allow us to open and close the garage door from anywhere.

Ugh. Friday night and my garage door fails, with one car in, the other out. Seems as though the spring broke and, of course, the door is too heavy to lift manually. Called Precision Saturday morning, and not only can they be there in 2 hours but within another couple of hours, Joe has repaired the door, replaced the springs and upgraded my old, beater door opener. These guys are AMAZING! Hunter just installed a new garage door opener this morning. Hunter came prepared with three options for a new opener. He didn’t pressure me to buy the most expensive option.
