You tech was courteous and explained everything about his estimate. I was surprised and disappointed that I was charged $$92.09 for an estimate. In today's environment, most respectable companies don't charge for an estimate. I had another company repair my door. Awesome service! I was having problems with my garage door opener and it was the weekend. No problem. Travis came, on Sunday, for service call. I highly recommend Travis!!! He was professional, efficient, very personable and went the extra mile to make sure I understood my options!! I purchased a new garage opener and had some other repairs completed. I can't get over how quite the new opener is and how smoothly it runs. Thanks Travis for your excellent work!!! You were a pleasure to work with and are a very caring and considerate human being !!! It really helped to take the sting out of having to spend money for repairs. I wish all technicians were like you ! Keep up the good work. Precision hires wonderful people !

5 Star rating! Garage Door opener repair - new circuit board was purchased and installed. The technician was prompt, courteous and professional. I was very pleased that the service was so prompt after the phone call that was made that same morning. I chose Precision as my husband has used this service since 2003 and was always very satisfied with the work performed as well as the service. He had referred several people to Precision.

Highly recommend this company. We purchased new garage door & opener. We worked with 2 technicians. Technician Luke explained pro's & con's of repair vs replace. Ultimately we choose replace. Technician CJ installed the new door & opener. Both were on time, very polite and thoroughly knowledgeable about their products. CJ gave very thorough operating instructions and helped with programming keypad. Thank you Precision for such excellent service!

My garage openers were install by Precision in June of 2014 and were adjusted in October of the same year. Not a word was said at either visit about oiling the hinges, etc., by either tech. Yesterday the man was extremely helpful; I say man because either he didn't tell me his name or more likely he did and I missed it; I'm afraid I am very delinquent when hearing people's name - my problem! He said they should be oiled yearly which no one had said; he explained and I watched how and where to oil/spray. That is something I can't do, but it is certainly something my daughter or someone else can do for me. I appreciated that! A lot of service people don't tell the customer so to keep that customer calling back for simple tasks such as this. He was polite, did the task without dawdling, and explained the process of signing on a tablet rather than paper form. Send him back anytime!, I appreciate a company with employees like him. Thank you. P. S. In the "Service Performed" below, I think garage door opener maintenance is preferable to "repair"in this instance.

Paul arrived right on time and quickly assessed the problem as a defective cable. After reviewing our garage door history, he determined that we were covered by warranty and would not have to pay for the new cables. Within minutes he replaced the cables, balanced the door and was on his way. He was effective and efficient.

Fantastic service. Paul was outstanding. We had an opener installed and our other doors refurbished. Paul was done with all the work quickly and then spent time explaining what he had done and showing us how to operate the new opener. Would definitely call Precision again. They were the most responsive and punctual company that I have ever done business with on the Portland/Vancouver metro area. When there were issues with my door post service they sent a tech out free of chats to resolve the issue within 24 hours during the holiday weekend with no extra charge! I would definitely refer them over any other company.

Excellent service and very prompt! I have always used Precision Door/Overhead Garage Door for my homes. I have always been extremely satisfied with their products, technicians, and attention to detail. At 9 am my garage door would not open and I was driving to Seattle by 10 am. I called Precision and in less than 2 hours a technician was repairing my garaged door. I trusted him to complete all the repairs and left for Seattle. When I returned the following day, Kevin left a nice note and the lifetime warranty, emailed me the invoice, and most importantly my garage door was working again. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage door service! I am a long-time customer and not compensated for this review.
