Absolutely excellent service, from the initial phone call to the completed work. Hunter, the technician, was professional, courteous, and friendly. He explained what needed to be done, and offered three different options. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision, and will use them again should the garage door need repair or replacement.

Precision Garage Door Service earned my 5 star rating by the way they handled the appointment and the actual service. Jesse took my call for an appointment and promptly made an appointment for the next day with the explanation that the diagnostic charge would be $49 and any service needed would be additional--very straight forward! Joe made the service call and notified me of his findings. He was very clear answering my questions and explaining how the sensors operate with the moter and the remote. After the repair I received another call confirming that everything was in working order. Very professional! Thank you!

Our garage door opener quit working in the early AM. Joe came out the same day, right on time, fixed the door in about an hour. I thought it would take a lot longer since it seemed like a pretty big repair/parts replacement, but he was quick and efficient. The door works better than it has since it was installed! Great job, Joe!

We found Precision on Angie's List. Based on the reviews we saw, I called them at 8 a.m., and Joe was there by 1:30. He was done by 3:30, replacing our broken springs and lifting bracket. He was friendly and knew his stuff. We were very pleased.

5 star- Service on time, Tech. (Joe) VERY competent and professional. If more service needed we will contact you. PS: Only one spring replaced with new cable system for one door, the other door only needed a few seconds to repair the origional problem (no equipment required-adjusted electric eye).

Steve was the tech that repaired our garage door. 1. He was courteous and thorough in explaining exactly what we needed. 2. He gave us 3 price options that would fit our needs....a good, better, best scenario. (We chose better). 3. He worked quickly and was finished with a minimum of inconvenience to us. 4. He took time to show us how to treat the opening & closing of the door in order to prolong its life as much as possible. (It’s a 40 year old door). Very pleased with the work. We’ll be back if we need anything else!
