Fantastic Company. This is the second time we used Precision and was equally pleased both times. Hunter was able to come out the same day we called. The door works better then it ever has. Explained in detail what needed to be repaired. He also aligned the tracks better then they were so it glides much better. He cleaned up the area after the repair. Exceptional job.

I called Precision late Friday afternoon, and within two hours a technician arrived, figured out the problem and gave me two options (repair or replace the 25 yr old garage door opener). We chose to replace the opener, which included new Chain rail, keypad and remotes. Thanks again, Hunter, for an excellent job!!!! I have used Precision since 2005, and never been disappointed with their high level of customer service, and quality workmanship.

Scheduled a garage door tune-up. Was told door was serviceable but recommended replacing the spring which was 16 years old. This was quickly done at the time without having to make additional appointment. Work was done by a very personable and efficient technician.
