We received great service from our tech, Ray G. He explained everything that he was doing to fix our garage door spring. He recommended some additional replacements such as the barrings and rollers. He didn't pressure us into choosing the more expensive price, he did a great job explaining what each replacement was going to do. We are thankful for his suggestion. Our garage is a lot more quieter than it was before.

Originally our garage door opener was installed by Precision Door Service, so when our door spring broke, we called them to repair it. The technician, Aaron Wagman, arrived on time, surveyed the garage door and informed us of the potential repairs. He provided 3 quotes covering the repairs. We chose the complete package, which replaced all items except the rollers, in addition with this package, all parts now have a life time warranty. Aaron informed us exactly what he was going to do and gave us a time frame. He was efficient, his work was of high quality and he completed it within the time frame he gave us. We were impressed by the entire process.

Josh called ahead to ask if he could arrive early which was awesome! He repaired the broken spring and installed new nylon wheels for the door. The door is like new! The price was very reasonable considering it was an emergency call. I would highly recommend Precision Door!

My garage door opener (remote) frequently stopped working, which was really frustrating. I finally called Precision and they came to my home the same day. Brad came and replaced my remotes and also lubed my garage door that was jerking on the way up. He was fast, polite, and didn't try to sell me anything extra.

I would give Precision a 5-star rating if the price would have been more reasonable. I was given an estimate over the phone by Ponderosa Garage Doors for $450. Precision was almost double the price. The only reason I went with Precision was the lifetime warranty. Ponderosa's warranty was something like 2-3 years. Precision did excellent work, and the garage door works perfectly now. It's nice to know I won't have that to worry about any longer.

Great Experience!! Same day service was a bonus, but I appreciated how simple everyone made this process. Luke was very friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make it a good experience for me. He even offered to go to my 2nd house to make a quick fix, since it was only a few miles away. I was worried that this could be a bad experience with unneeded repair and expense. Now I have a company I can trust for garage door issues for years to come. Thanks again for your help.

The installer, Billy came on time and had every thing he needed to perform his job. He cleaned up after himself and hauled the old door and parts away. I was very pleased with the service. Kevin showed up right at the scheduled time of 9 A.M. He did a thorough inspection of the door and told me what he thought should be done, gave me an estimate, and then replaced the broken springs, replaced the cables with a much sturdier set, realigned the door sensors, and moved the door strut up to the top of the garage door where it should have been placed when it was originally installed. Heck, he even set the time on my door opener wall control. He then gave me recommendations on yearly maintenance and asked if I had any final questions. Thanks very much for the prompt and speedy service.
