We had our garage door opener installed. David came on time and worked efficiently with great professionalism. We are not seasoned in IT. He went extra mile helped us set up MySQL app and answered our questions in detail. We really appreciated his professionalism, good work, and excellent customer service. We recommend Precision to other consumers.

Luke was great. He gave me three options after diagnosing the problem and explained the problem and solutions to me. He had all the tools and parts in the van, so a one stop fix. Wore his mask and cleaned up afterwards. I’ll certainly recommend this company.

For the 2nd time the service was phenomenal. I was surprised when my wife wasn’t as excited as me at the new smooth, quiet motor with WiFi capability. She told me later her birthday present for me was a garage WiFi connector, and neither of us expected to get such a high quality product from Precision! Good problem to have. Precision is Worth every cent! Thank you!
