Precision Door was amazing! We were not sure what was wrong or how much it was going to cost, they sent someone out the very next day when they did a quote and explained every little detail with what was wrong and what should be replaced. They were very friendly and we felt completely comfortable with them in our home. We scheduled someone to come out the following week,they called to verify appointment as well as what work was being performed. They showed up on time for the appointment, went right to work, and completed all the work in an amazing amount of time! We love the quality of products and how quite it is! Hello, Found your listing with Angies list...called before noon and Brad arrived 4pm.He indicated problem with rollers and also explained my springs,due to age would need replacing in near future.He didnt attempt to"up sell" just advised of future need.At this time I chose to have both replaced which took apx 45 min.I am very satisfied with work and would not hesitate to recommend Precision and Brad to others.Thank you!

Accommodation for our emergency (car stuck in garage) was perfect, we lost little time due to our broken spring. Installation of new equipment was top notch, work required was expertly done. The only downsides was that we were not informed prior to the work/estimate that we would have been eligible for a 3yr warranty for just a few bucks more. The previous service call put the door sensors in incorrectly and we were charged to have them properly installed.

Our garage door spring broke on a Friday evening. Luckily, both our cars were out of the garage. I called 2 companies that I found on Angie's List. Precision called me back that Friday night. I never did get a call from the other company. Nathan was courteous and knowledgeable, and recommended replacing not only the broken spring, but also the other intact spring as well as the rollers and cables. The house and garage door is 12 years old. We will never again have to pay for this garage door to be serviced, as it now has a lifetime guarantee as long as we live here.

I called after hours after being imprisoned in my own garage by a broken spring. Kim answered the phone set me up to get it fixed. They repairman came by on time the next morning and fixed it. The door works beautifully, and I got a lifetime warranty on the work. Would use them again. Nice folk.

I thought I had a major problem. The arm of the automatic door opener was pulled completely off the garage door because a painter had inadvertantly sprayed paint between the door and the seals when he painted it! Thinking that I had ruined the door, and maybe damaged the opener, I called Precision the next morning. Within 30 minutes they were at my house, and with 45 minutes the repair person had calmed me down and quickly repaired the door. Very impressed and relieved!!

WOW!!! I hope you give Brian a BIG BONUS!!! He was fantastic!! So knowledgable and a very nice young man. It was so cold out and he just kept working and everything was done well and cleaned up. In this day and age I think it's rare! Great product! I am so pleased with the belt driven unit. It's so quiet. Love them. I hope to have many years of use out of them. Brian came to repair our 18 year-old Genie Door Opener and he gave us the option to upgrade to a brand-new chain-drive opener that is super quiet. My wife and I decided to spend the extra money and upgrade to a new opener. Brian was very polite and knowledgeable. He worked fast and had it done very quickly. Plus he saved us money by pointing out the coupon on your website. It was his 3rd installation of the day, but there was no complaints. Brian has a great personality to sell you a $600 product. Plus I was impressed with the satelite doo-hickey thing that prints the credit card receipt. Pretty high tech! You guys really know your stuff. Last time you came, it was 7 years ago, so your work lasts a long time. I'm glad I called Precision. Make sure you always put a business card on the wall right next to the control on the wall. And make sure you don't over-schedule Brian when the Trailblazers are playing on T.V.!!

I was very happy with the service. The spring on my garage door broke. I called that evening around 5:00pm and the tech was at my house 9:15 the next morning. My door was about 40 years old and the tech showed me some worn parts that would eventually lead to problems. He suggested a door rebuild. I was really surprised at how much more quiet and smooth the door works now. The tech was professional and knowledgeable.
