I would give Precision a 5-star rating if the price would have been more reasonable. I was given an estimate over the phone by Ponderosa Garage Doors for $450. Precision was almost double the price. The only reason I went with Precision was the lifetime warranty. Ponderosa's warranty was something like 2-3 years. Precision did excellent work, and the garage door works perfectly now. It's nice to know I won't have that to worry about any longer.

Although the return call was not immediate and the service call took a little longer than I had hoped, the professionalism and quality of the work and material have me convinced this is one of the best garage door companies in the area. Great Experience!! Same day service was a bonus, but I appreciated how simple everyone made this process. Luke was very friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make it a good experience for me. He even offered to go to my 2nd house to make a quick fix, since it was only a few miles away. I was very pleased with the service. Kevin showed up right at the scheduled time of 9 A.M. He did a thorough inspection of the door and told me what he thought should be done, gave me an estimate, and then replaced the broken springs, replaced the cables with a much sturdier set, realigned the door sensors, and moved the door strut up to the top of the garage door where it should have been placed when it was originally installed. Heck, he even set the time on my door opener wall control. He then gave me recommendations on yearly maintenance and asked if I had any final questions. Thanks very much for the prompt and speedy service.

An overhead door spring broke Saturday afternoon on a heavy, 16x7, insulated metal door. I called several companies from Angie's List, but Precision was the only one that would fix the spring on Saturday. Based on Ed's inspection of the 20-yr old door, both springs, center bearings, all rollers, cables and cable drums were replaced. He re-aligned one of the rails and balanced the door, allowing the opener to operate with greater ease. Ed is professional, easy to talk with, who did a great job in less than 2 hours. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anybody.

Undecided who to go to for a new opener and rail system. Went to the warehouse/show room in Tigard and talked to a young lady, Samantha, who showed me their products. Decided to give them a try. Sam and Matt replaced my opener system,adjusted the tension on the door, and other maintenance that was needed. I felt they were professional, honest, and did a great job. Great service. The spring on my door broke late on a Saturday night. I called Precision Door Service early Sunday morning and a technician was at m house by 10:00AM. The technician, Alex, was very knowledgable and helpful. He had new springs installed by 11:00AM. I recommend Precision Door Service to anyone in need of garage door repair.

Fantastic work, on time, fast, and got everything working. The machines in the home are a little older, and it was explained to me the things to look for in regards to maintenance. My door was operating reliably but noisily. I would not have called for service if AAA had not offered a discount on service that would reduce the noise. It did. Brad came on time and finished the job in a half hour, including the time it took to tell me about 3 or 4 additional things he could replace now before they wear out
