The spring broke & it was still under warranty. Also had a coupon discount for the service call. Sam was very professional & gave me some choices when I can afford a new garage door. Thanks Sam ! I would have given 5 stars except for the same day service did not apply to me. The spring broke the night before & I did not get the service until the morning after. It must have been a busy night. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends & will use them when it's time for a new garage door to be installed.

The repair technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly solved the problem that created the issue with my door, and show me other issues with the door that may need to be repaired in the future. In addition to the repairs that were a result of the call, he also replaced the bearings.

Stephen showed up right on time and worked with me as well as Genie in trying to fix my old opener. In the end , I decided to go with a new Liftmaster belt driven opener. Stephen performed this installation quickly and professionally and then helped with my squeaky garage door. I was very satisfied with the service.

I was impressed by the quick response to my email inquiry, which was sent after 9pm on a Sunday night when I noticed the problem. I received a call that same evening at 10pm to set up an appointment for the following morning. The technician phoned to let me know that he was 10 minutes away, which was on time with the appointment that I set up. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had it fixed within about an hour. He even swept up after. The quick response and professionalism made what could have been a pain...much easier to deal with. Thank you!!
