WOW!!! I hope you give Brian a BIG BONUS!!! He was fantastic!! So knowledgable and a very nice young man. It was so cold out and he just kept working and everything was done well and cleaned up. In this day and age I think it's rare! Great product! I am so pleased with the belt driven unit. It's so quiet. Love them. I hope to have many years of use out of them. Brian came to repair our 18 year-old Genie Door Opener and he gave us the option to upgrade to a brand-new chain-drive opener that is super quiet. My wife and I decided to spend the extra money and upgrade to a new opener. Brian was very polite and knowledgeable. He worked fast and had it done very quickly. Plus he saved us money by pointing out the coupon on your website. It was his 3rd installation of the day, but there was no complaints. Brian has a great personality to sell you a $600 product. Plus I was impressed with the satelite doo-hickey thing that prints the credit card receipt. Pretty high tech! You guys really know your stuff. Last time you came, it was 7 years ago, so your work lasts a long time. I'm glad I called Precision. Make sure you always put a business card on the wall right next to the control on the wall. And make sure you don't over-schedule Brian when the Trailblazers are playing on T.V.!!

I was very happy with the service. The spring on my garage door broke. I called that evening around 5:00pm and the tech was at my house 9:15 the next morning. My door was about 40 years old and the tech showed me some worn parts that would eventually lead to problems. He suggested a door rebuild. I was really surprised at how much more quiet and smooth the door works now. The tech was professional and knowledgeable.

He gave me options of just fixing the spring or doing maintenance on the door. We elected for the garage door maintenance and the spring. What a difference in our garage door. Top notch crew. They did a great job. I would give 5 stars but do to some mix up on their end I was left sitting for an hour waiting for my appoint to only find out they had failed to schedule it properly. This was corrected the next day and the techs showed up on time and ready to get the job done. I had cables, rollers, springs, and drums replaced.

Del was very knowledgeable and did quality work. He came to replace the lower brackets, and talked me into getting new cables as well. He showed me where my existing cable on the left was starting to fray (which I missed) and identified why the bracket and cable were becoming worn.
