I have to say, I was extremely impressed with Precision Door from start to finish. My door spring broke at 6:30pm. I called Precision Door right away and they schedule to have a technician come out the next day. Brad (technician) called me 20 minutes prior to scheduled appointment to say he was on his way. Brad was very professional and knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and cause of it. Brad found spring rod bearings to be worn out and suggested replacing. This was not surprising since they were 30 years old. Brad made the repairs quickly and professionally. I am a General Contractor, but do not touch garage door springs, as they can be dangerous. I would be honored to have a professional like Brad represent my company. Precision Door is lucky to have him as their employee. I will definitely be recommending them to my customers for garage door work. I will tell them to request Brad. Great job! Steve Hatfield

Unexpectedly trapped in my garage on the weekend due to broken spring. Thank goodness Precision was able to get to it same day on a Saturday. Scheduling and time updates were very helpful, great system. The service tech Joe was very professional, gave me detailed options for other worn parts, and got the job done efficiently. Very pleasant folks, fair price, smooth process. Highly recommend them.

I chose this company based on previous reviews, and I am glad I did. I called at 11pm on a Sunday night, and somebody answered right away. She was extremely polite and helpful, especially with me calling so late. A tech was sent out to my home the next day and the tech called 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival time and let me know he was on his way. He evaluated the situation, and gave me a couple of different options. He had everything he needed to make the repairs with him, which made this super quick and convenient. He was done within an hour and was on his way. The tech, Jon, was extremely polite and professional, and finished the job quickly. He also made sure to explain to me what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. Great company!

The technician Brad came over and checked out the problem with the garage door and seen that we had a broken spring,he looked at the rest of the door and the other spring and gave us a couple more options.he also told us how to get the life time warranty.with is what I would really like to have.he explained what would need to be done to have this warranty.and the cost wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.so I told him to go ahead and fix it.he did the job very fast and I'm more then happy.the last service guy that was fixing my garage door was using china parts and I had to have it fixed every two years.so now I have a life time warranty so happy.thank you precision.

Scheduled a service call with the dispatcher between 2 and 4pm Friday afternoon 11/20/15. Brad and Michael were at my home at 1:45pm, well ahead of schedule which I appreciated. They both introduced themselves to me and Michael quickly got to work on the door issue. One of the rollers was slipping off the track while the door is being opened. Michael ascertained the problem and promptly began repairing the track alignment. They were done in minutes and the door was opening and closing as it should. They both reminded me to occasionally keep the rollers, bearings, and spring lubricated. They even left me a spray can of the lubricant that they had brought. Finally, Brad prepared the service call receipt which I was able to sign and sent to my email address. Thank you, Brad and Michael for a great service call.
