I called Precision at 11am on 7/5/2015 and they came out at 2pm, same day to repair my garage door. The tech who came to the house was friendly and professional. The receptionist was pleasant and a delight to talk to. Overall a terrific experience

Jonathan Hendricks was fantastic! And, he serviced a rental condo garage door opener/keypad on 4th of July...Precision is truly a 24/7 company! He enlightened me and my renter on different aspects of keeping the garage door in working order. Terrific technician; would ask for Jonathan again!!

I am very happy with the service provided. I called Sunday morning and in 1 h the technician (Josh)was at my house. He presented the options I had and the estimate for each option. I chose to replace the rollers/cables/springs/shaft and he finished the job in 1h30min. Josh was nice, professional, and did a great job!

Ray was fantastic! He assessed the issues and then explained to me what was going on and how best to remedy. We discussed the best way to fix and he proceeded to make the garage door perform better. We then talked about the life of my garage door opener and I now know what to be aware of in the next few years! He was very efficient and personable. I would recommend Precision to anyone that asked!!

I first hired another company that looked like a great deal but they did not know what they were doing. The other company caused problems, couldn't fix the garage door and their technician hurt himself. Aaron, with Precision, was knowledgeable and experienced. He told me that he wasn't the cheapest in town but explained the quality of parts they use to fix a garage door to make sure that a job was done right the first time. After seeing how dangerous a garage door can be if a spring breaks I wanted it done right and saving a few dollars was not worth it. Thank you Precision for providing amazing service and quality parts that will last. I am a Real Estate Broker and I will make sure that my clients use you guys for their garage door needs.

JONATHAN WAS PROMPT, CALLED BEFORE, WAS QUIET, PROFESSIONAL, EXPLAINED WHAT HE HAD TO DO, PRICING, AND WHAT TO LOOK FOR ON MY OTHER DOOR. I HAVE USED YOUR COMPANY BEFORE AND WAS SATISFIED SO THAT IS WHY I CALLED AGAIN. EACH TIME I HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH YOUR PROMPTNESS AND SERVICE AND BILLING.

We first used Precision about ten years ago. A neighbor backed into our garage door and we called precision, great response and quick service. When the current spring gave up, we called again, fast response and good work. Precision is definitely a keeper!

I selected Precision because of the favorable reviews I found on the website. The service I received was similarly favorable. The installers were prompt, pleasant, informative and cleaned up after themselves! Thank you

I called and asked Precision to come out to repair our garage door and they were out in about 2 hours. The repair person fixed the door perfectly. He didn't try and sell us on any other repairs, which we really appreciate. I would highly recommend Precision if you need any repairs!

These guys are great! We called 1st thing in the morning with an emergency and they had a service person out within an hour. Aaron was amazing! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to articulate exactly what the issues were, how much the replacement parts would cost and had us up and operating within an hour. This appeared to be a major endeavor but he made it look simple :-) I would highly recommend Precision Door Service and ask for Aaron!!!!

Aaron was fabulous. He did a great job and made sure everything worked properly before he left. I have tried several garage door companies and have had very bad experiences. Because of Aaron you have a customer for life!

Hi, Paul the estimator was well prepared and organized and provided a fair quote from the start. Billy the installer was on time, did a very nice job doing the install, cleaned up after himself, and left us a quiet and well functioning garage door system. We're very happy with the service from Precision. Thanks again. Mr. & Mrs. H

We had an accidental collision with the garage door and were in urgent need of some help. After failing to arrange a timely response from two door repair firms, I did a Google and found Precision. They had a technician (Jesse) here within hours and he was he was able to restore the door the same day. We were extremely pleased with the service from the office and also the technician who was pleasant, efficient and competent. We are certain that we will contact Precision for our future door needs.

We employed Precision Door Service to fix a broken spring on one of our garage doors. I rather suspected that, since our house is 23 years old, that we just might consider replacing all three springs and the openers. Kevin came out and we discussed these possibilities. Kevin replaced all the openers, springs, bearings and rollers. We have never heard (or not heard) such quiet garage doors! Kevin was prompt, showing up exactly as promised. He had all the parts he needed. He was very efficient, professional, friendly, humorous and provided excellent customer service. He explained in detail what he would do. Kevin's own exemplary manner of customer service mirrors that of Precision Door Service. There is only one company to consider for your garage door needs and that, of course, is Precision. I have already recommended this company, and Kevin, to a neighbor!

I called Precision when my old garage door opener finally quit. Aaron came out to install a new opener and also inspected our door. He found the door out of balance, 2 stripped panel hinges and some frozen rollers. After installation of the new belt drive opener, and addressing the door issues, the door is now amazingly QUIET!!! It is so quiet that I have to look and check that the door is actually working! The door operates better than when it was new. Precision exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our door had to be specially ordered, but once it arrived the installation only took a few hours. Our installer was kind enough to help out our neighbor who was also having garage door issues.

Hello, We just had our garage door serviced with a coupon purchased from AAA. I wanted to drop a line to comment on what nice service we received. The technician was thorough in explaining the work that was required to get the garage door to tip-top working shape. I declined the full work for today and he completed the maintenance covered by the coupon with care. The garage door is operating much better that it was and we are quite happy with the service we received. When we are ready to do the full rebuild , we will be calling Precision Door Service. I'm afraid I don't remember the name the tech gave me when he introduced himself but his name is marked ED on the invoice. Thanks Very Much, Donna N

Also, the work was difficult in an dirty old garage and he was friendly, understanding and very competent in his work. I heartily recommend your company to anyone! Thanks to Victor.

From the moment Paul arrived at our home to give us a bid on replacing our worn out 1950's garage door to the time (a week later) that we used the new keypad to QUIETLY open & close our new Therma Tech steel door, we were pleased with Precision's knowledgeable staff, professionalism and follow through.

Alex was great. He replacaed the springs quickly and made sure everything worked properly, then proceeded to sweep my garage as he wanted to leave the job better than he arrived. Thanks again Alex!!
