The service came promptly after our call. We saw the ad in a Value Packet. The technician remodeled our primary door and tuned up the other two to our satisfaction. We have a "Cadillac" primary door! Greg Bray was very efficient and made sure we were totally satisfied with all his work and made sure we knew how to operate the door's features.

Service was first class, from initial phone contact to final repair. Branden, the service technician, was not only a good tech, but also a personable salesman as well. He had two 25 year old doors with worn out hardware working as good as new within 3 hours. I was impressed.

Our garage door spring broke during the night and we could not get our cars out the following morning. I called several garage door companies, but only Precision responded quickly. Branden assessed the situation, found that the cables and several other parts were also in need of replacement, and made the repairs in short order. Technician arrived in the quoted time window. He was very courteous and completed theremoval of a very old garage door opener and installation of the new opener in about an hour and one half. The door now operates quietly and smoothly. We are very pleased with our experience.

Replacing 41-year-old wood garage doors, after a spring unexpectedly broke, was a pleasant experience with no headaches. After researching garage door installers and selecting Precision, they verified that our research was correct. The installer was on time, did everything that was promised, completed the work promptly, and took extra care to cleanup after the work. At 7:30am I realized my garage door spring had broken. I could miss my trip to the gym but had to be out of the house no later than 9:30am. I called Precision and Samantha quickly helped me. She had Sam to my house by 8:15am. He changed the spring very quickly but informed me that my 30 year-old garage door needed new cables, rollers and other 'stuff'. They could get Jesse to my house that afternoon. I wasn't home when Jesse arrived or left but he did a great job. The total bill came to a little under $900 which seems like a lot of money for a silly garage door but it has a lifetime warranty. Sam was very professional and I felt comfortable taking his advice. My garage door is now much quieter and I have faith that if anything else goes wrong, they will come and fix it.

Jesse did an excellent job of installing the new Liftmaster door opener and also adjusted the hight adjustment on the other door. He reset the remote opener codes per my request and cleaned up thoroughly. A very knowledgeable and hardworking young man whom I will be pleased to have back out when I get my doors rebuilt, something I could not afford at this time. Excellent service and support - thanks.

My old creaky garage door has been transformed into a smooth quiet one! Jesse was awesome.I was scheduled for a service call between 3:30 and 4:30. He called at 3:15 to tell me he would arrive about 3:45; he did. He took me through a quick but thorough overview of my garage door and opener issue and then we settled on what work to do. He worked efficiently and I am extremely happy with the result.I chose Precision a couple of years ago for some work and called again because I was impressed then as well. We had contracted to paint our house and, after the house was power washed, realized our 24 year old wooden garage doors needed repairs. We called Precision and spoke with Lisa who spent time explaining what could be done to repair the doors and the cost. She then priced new doors which were extremely reasonable. She scheduled Paul Bartlett to come to our house the next morning. Paul was able to have the doors installed the next day by ace technician, Jesse. This enabled the painters to continue on schedule. I was very pleased with the service and cost. Would have given 5 stars but the original technician called wanting to come over an hour late (not his fault, I realize). One of our torsion springs broke on Sunday morning. We contacted Precision and they arranged to have someone come and fix it the same day. Del did a nice job of explaining everthing to us and we are 100% satisfied with his work. Our garage door is quite and smooth now which is an improvement in addition to the repair.
