The installer called and asked if I could come early he got here early and remove the old grudge door openers and installed the new ones when I was done with that he swept the whole garage both sides cleaned it up and then walked me through how to use everything that he had installed it was great to have new equipment and quiet equipment so it doesn't rattle the whole house thank you

Called and had a technician between couple of hours. The technician Nick was amiable, explained I was having an issue with a vibration on the chain of the garage door opener. He checked all the components (door and opener) and adjusted the chain and lubricated all movable parts and went. Good service, good people.

My old garage door opener motor died after 22 years. The gears and the capacitor were shot. Hunter replaced the whole mechanism, including a new, much quieter belt drive. He explained very clearly what he did, and why. He was very courteous and professional.

He was so patient explaining the options and left us feeling we are now set for several years with a quiet opener that is working without making us fear we can't get into our home! We had had some service for our garage door in April 2018. But, we had to wait until the next day from when we called to get the service. But, with Precision, Joseph Igla came in 25 minutes from our call. A friend had recommended Precision based on her experience with their garage door needs. And, he sized up the problem, and fixed the attachment to the wall. But then, he looked at the 12 rollers along the sides of the garaged, saw that some of them were broken. So he replaced them all, and now they run smoothly and quietly. GREAT JOB, JOSEPH!!! And, good quality service, Precision!!! We're impressed, and grateful that we have finally found you.
