I was so impressed with this company from the minute I called them to the actual repair completed! It was easy to make an appointment, I received a call before Jonathan appeared at my door, and he did an excellent job. We could tell he knew all about garage doors and he was patient and friendly answering all our questions. We would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone!

I had 3 broken rollers this time. about a year ago i replaced all the rollers with steel cheapies and they failed. Brad sold me on the nylon life time warranty rollers. He did some adjusting and repaired my motor light. All in less than 30 minutes. Great job. Very personable individual. I will recommend your company. Thank you.

We bought a "complete garage door tune-up" on a AAA Daily Deal. We were even able to schedule a "same-day" appt. for our service. Our technician, Dave, was friendly and professional. After completing his inspection, he explained the condition of our garage door and didn't try to sell us repairs we didn't need. Since our garage door opener is fairly old, we know we'll call Precision when it's time for it to be replaced!

Best service you can get, quick, easy, friendly. A window opened to an earlier time and was moved to it within 10 min. of making the appointment. Dave was like family with his performance and friendly manner, knuckles to you buddy! Precision will be the only one fixing or replacing my garage door when the time comes. The same day service is why I used Precision, mine needed to be done on the weekend. Also the 5 star rating. You will go along way with your service, VERY happy customer. Broken spring was the culprit.

I had a tune up and replaced the old rollers w/ the new nylon rollers, something I purchased on the AAA Member deals. I was leary at first, but couldn't pass up the deal. When the tech (Branden) came, he was fast, efficient, and friendly. I did have a slight problem w/ the door not closing properly after the tech left, but this had happened before and they were quick to have him come back out and repair with no hassel-it was a quick fix. Customer service was excellent and they were all fast and effective and wanted a smooth resolve as much as I did. I will be back to Precision for all my garage door needs.

I was discouraged because my first appointment with a two hour time frame did NOT happen. However, Jess appeared 15 minutes later and I immediately knew his knowledge of garage doors was the best. Besides that, his personality and concern for being past the time limit was sincere. Jess was able to arrange a discount for me because of the appointment being late and followed through to get the part needed the following day to complete the project on my door----it looks great! I would recommend him to anyone with garage door problems!

Your receptionist gave us options for when we could have a technician come to our home and Kevin did a very good job explaining to us the root causes of our garage door problems. His recommendations were valid and we felt comfortable in accepting them.

Paul showed up to give new door quote, and told us the door was in really good shape for its age, we appreciate his honesty, and not just trying to make a sale. We opted for new springs, Ed and Sam showed up the next day and gave us repair options with no sales pressure. Even though they had a tuff time getting the new springs on, they remained courteous and professional. When it comes time for a new door we will use Precision Door for sure. Thanks a lot guys.

Great customer service. I had a broken spring. My garage door was almost 30 years old and not in great shape. I asked about replacement vs. repair. They said both options would work. Choose the replacement -standard steel door and I'm very pleased. Installation was fast, professional, and displayed many years of experience. The insulated door makes a difference.

This is now the third time I have used Precision Garage door service. Why? Because they are quick, professional, skilled and dependable. It's as simple as that. They are slowly fixing and replacing my old garage door system as it gives up the ghost piece by piece. I don't even think now if a problem happens with my garage door...I just call the best! I called Precision because of a broken garage door spring. Before I called, I checked around and selected Precision because of referrals and their reputation, Angieâ??s List, and the Contractors Board. I also was impressed by their willingness (honesty) to post not so great comments on their website, of which there are very few. We agreed on an appointment time and the technician called before he arrived. I have two single garage doors, and Brad made a thorough inspection of both doors and showed me other wore out parts ready to fail. We determined the other door had an original spring (1979) as well. He worked up the costs and I elected to replace the second door spring now and save another service call later on. There were two frayed cables on one door and all four lift plates needed to be replaced. Brad showed me all the areas of concern and it all made sense to me. Brad did a great job of replacing the springs and adjusting all the door systems. He showed me how to take care of the door openers and rollers and what type of lubrication to use. Both doors work so much better now and they are a lot quieter. I am retired after 40 years in the construction industry, so I know he did it right! Thanks Brad I asked if there was a senior discount, and yes there is. Nice Christmas presentâ?¦ Thanks Precision Door

We were impressed when Brad replaced our springs a couple years ago. Our old opener was wearing out and we needed new remotes anyway, so we got the top of the line belt-driven opener, rollers and keypad made by Liftmaster. What an incredible difference! And Brad, our technician, was polite, efficient and very helpful for us. We'll ask for him should we need further service in the future. Thank you Brad and Precision!
