I want to thank Joe Igla for his excellent customer service! He was here fast and on time. He was very professional yet personable. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed and gave me three options so I could choose what would fit my financial capabilities. When he needed to add parts for an unforeseen problem, he spoke with me first and explained why. For someone who was working on a holiday, he had the best attitude! From the kind & caring dispatchers, Kim & Lisa to the knowledgeable technician, Calen, the personal, professional service was superlative. Frantic - as we were unable to open the garage door (to get to work), these folks went above and beyond to get a tech out to our place as soon as possible. Our garage door opener broke. Precision was the third call to a service company. Everyone else said they couldn't get out to our home for a week. I didn't want to wait that long. After Jesse explained the cost of repairing our old opener versus a new one, we decided to replace the entire mechanism. Every time I open it, I am amazed at how quiet the new opener is. Jesse was very easy to work with and that is appreciated.
