Precision Door recently replaced my original, wood garage door. Prior to this I had spoken with Paul B to figure out what door would best provide what I was looking for. Paul was extremely helpful in guiding me towards the right product and one that was within my budget. I was very happy with his professional approach CJ F was the person who installed the new door. Similarly, CJ's approach was professional and the quality of the installation was spot on. I selected Precision because they advertised same day service. The service was excellent! I was kept informed of the technician's expected time of arrival - a phone call advised me he'd be a little late due to the length of an earlier job, but in the event he showed up early in the time-frame promised. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional, giving an estimated time for the job and completing it very close to his estimate. The end result of his work makes me realize I should have had the door looked at along time ago - it now opens and closely really smoothly and noiselessly compared to the way it had been for quite some time. Should I need garage door service in the future I won't look anywhere else. As stated earlier, the service was ecellent.

When we arrived home last night the garage door would not open. When we looked inside the garage we found a large broken spring and some loose cables. The broken spring made it impossible to open the door either with the opener or manually. I called Precision on Monday morning and they scheduled a noon appointment. They gave me a quote for 3 options and then they did an excellent job installing a new spring and cables right then. All completed by 2pm. I highly recommend them.

Brad, the technician was able to come out on the same day I called and even called me on his way telling me approximately what time he'd arrive. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it and had all the parts available which was a huge time-saver! My brother saw your truck in his neighborhood and told me to call for an estimate. I had already called one company but called Precision to get a comparison. Precision was much less for the service visit and the technician was so friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me lots of pointers and fixed several things, including that awful screechy noise. Give them a try!

Precision's service is off the charts. I called for service around 7:30 AM and was told a repair rep would arrive between 8 to 10 AM. Travis called to say he was on the way at 9:15. arrived at 9:30, conducted a thorough assessment of all three doors, wrote up a fair priced estimate, and completed the work within an hour. In my book Precision gets 6 stars.

Paul did a full overhaul package on our double wooden door. $707--with 10 year warranty. Arrived on time and completed efficiently. Great personality and competence and knowledge. Very professional. Nothing can put you off your stride faster than a garage door problem. When something fails, you need help immediately. That is why I call Precision Door Service. Always quick to respond, always up to the task at hand. Precision kept my 1995 unit working until yesterday! We both decided a new unit was in store. An hour later, the new unit was installed and life was good once again. My technician was fabulous. He made the job seem easy, and was very tidy as well. This is a good company!

Precision tech came out the same day I called them. Travis was very professional and friendly. He explained in detail why my garage door got damaged. he repaired it so I did not need to replace a panel ( which was quite expensive.) also took extra time to fix my garage door opener. I was very impressed with his service. cost to repair was very reasonable.

This is the 2nd house that we needed to replace the door, opener, keypad and remotes. The estimator is very professional, well prepared and provided all options and quickly answered all my questions. The installation appointment was very soon, and the installer was very efficient. I missing component was quickly delivered to the house, barely affecting the installation time. Outstanding customer service. Very good product. Never a question on who to call for service.

Luke was AWESOME to work with and very thorough in his assessment of saving my "original" look of curb appeal keeping the wood and working a much smoother system. KUDOS to him, for sure. BONUS check should be in his hands for Christmas!!! Purchased all parts new = springs, rollers, cables, and re-alligned whole of door unit. Only old remaining is the drive and tracks system
