My brother saw your truck in his neighborhood and told me to call for an estimate. I had already called one company but called Precision to get a comparison. Precision was much less for the service visit and the technician was so friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me lots of pointers and fixed several things, including that awful screechy noise. Give them a try!

Precision's service is off the charts. I called for service around 7:30 AM and was told a repair rep would arrive between 8 to 10 AM. Travis called to say he was on the way at 9:15. arrived at 9:30, conducted a thorough assessment of all three doors, wrote up a fair priced estimate, and completed the work within an hour. In my book Precision gets 6 stars.

Paul did a full overhaul package on our double wooden door. $707--with 10 year warranty. Arrived on time and completed efficiently. Great personality and competence and knowledge. Very professional. I was impressed by the response. Within 10 minutes of asking for an appointment, I was contacted and a service call was scheduled for 1 hour later. The service rep that did the work was VERY knowledgeable and installed our new opener very quickly and did a great job. Nothing can put you off your stride faster than a garage door problem. When something fails, you need help immediately. That is why I call Precision Door Service. Always quick to respond, always up to the task at hand. Precision kept my 1995 unit working until yesterday! We both decided a new unit was in store. An hour later, the new unit was installed and life was good once again. My technician was fabulous. He made the job seem easy, and was very tidy as well. This is a good company!

Precision tech came out the same day I called them. Travis was very professional and friendly. He explained in detail why my garage door got damaged. he repaired it so I did not need to replace a panel ( which was quite expensive.) also took extra time to fix my garage door opener. I was very impressed with his service. cost to repair was very reasonable.

This is the 2nd house that we needed to replace the door, opener, keypad and remotes. The estimator is very professional, well prepared and provided all options and quickly answered all my questions. The installation appointment was very soon, and the installer was very efficient. I missing component was quickly delivered to the house, barely affecting the installation time. Outstanding customer service. Very good product. Never a question on who to call for service.

Luke was AWESOME to work with and very thorough in his assessment of saving my "original" look of curb appeal keeping the wood and working a much smoother system. KUDOS to him, for sure. BONUS check should be in his hands for Christmas!!! Purchased all parts new = springs, rollers, cables, and re-alligned whole of door unit. Only old remaining is the drive and tracks system

Thanks to Precision we now have door that works (a new motor replacing one 18 yrs old) and is so quiet it doesn't wake the neighbors. The installer did a great job in record time and even programmed my Rav4 to the motor. Thanks to everyone

Full disclosure, I work for the HBA, but knowing they are a member gave me confidence that they would be a reputable company to work with, and they are. We had a garage door spring break on a late Friday night, and I called on Saturday morning to make an appointment to get it fixed. I wasn't expecting to get the spring fixed until the following week, but your customer service said no problem, we can get someone out there today. Joe arrived about a half an hour ahead of schedule. In addition to having the garage door springs replaced, we had Joe just do a complete service on both our large garage door and our smaller third bay door (replace rollers and bearings). Amazing what that did; the doors are super quite. No squeaking! Our neighbor found out we were having service done on our doors, and asked if Joe had time to look at their door (it wasn't closing properly). Joe made a quick phone call and was able to fit them into his schedule at the same time, and got their door fixed. Awesome company; I would highly recommend them!
