I chose Precision because they are a member of the Home Builders Association of Metro Portland. Full disclosure, I work for the HBA, but knowing they are a member gave me confidence that they would be a reputable company to work with, and they are. The Service Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and handled the problem quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use them again!

We had a garage door spring break on a late Friday night, and I called on Saturday morning to make an appointment to get it fixed. I wasn't expecting to get the spring fixed until the following week, but your customer service said no problem, we can get someone out there today. Joe arrived about a half an hour ahead of schedule. In addition to having the garage door springs replaced, we had Joe just do a complete service on both our large garage door and our smaller third bay door (replace rollers and bearings). Amazing what that did; the doors are super quite. No squeaking! Our neighbor found out we were having service done on our doors, and asked if Joe had time to look at their door (it wasn't closing properly). Joe made a quick phone call and was able to fit them into his schedule at the same time, and got their door fixed. Awesome company; I would highly recommend them!

Gary came to our house on Saturday and I was impressed that he was very knowledgeable about garage doors. He went right to work and checked over to see the problem we had and it was solved pretty quick and we are satisfied with the results. We shall call again if there is any other problems.

Precision is the best, it's refreshing not to have to wonder wether a company is competent at their job. They were professional, never charged for anything extra and even refunded money when the panel they originally ordered was incorrect. Highest rating for Precision Door, they're great!

We have had Precision service our door a few times. It is very quirky - big door, low ceiling, crooked floor. We had a disagreement about price on the most recent service in early 2018, and Stan was understanding and dealt with our concern in a straightforward and fair way. A test of a good business is how they deal with client concerns, and Precision passed the test well.

Took a shot in the dark and went with Precision based on professional and informative website. Turned out to be a good experience, from accommodating sales staff to professional and efficient technician (Luke). Don’t know if pricing was competitive but seemed within expectations and prompt service made it worthwhile. I would use again anytime needed.

Had Precision install new garage doors in 2009. Did good job and will continue to use Precision. Luke explained to me it was the battery that was out in the pad. He changed it for me. He also lubricated the garage doors. Suggested they be done annually. He was very helpful!!

One mornng to my surprise I found my car stuck in the garage as the door would not go up more than a couple of inches. I call the office and they had someone out to the house in 3 hours. I really appreciated that they not only got to me so quickly but had the door repaired in just a few hours despite having to call for an extra tall ladder. Luke was awesome. Very professional and clear about what the door needed and why. While I hope I don't need to invest any more into the door I'll call Precision again if I do.

Thanks to Precision we now have door that works (a new motor replacing one 18 yrs old) and is so quiet it doesn't wake the neighbors. The installer did a great job in record time and even programmed my Rav4 to the motor. Thanks to everyone
