The door looks great. The team came when expected, installed the door and opener and hauled away the 1964 original door. Now I have a new door and opener with remotes and sensors so no animals and grandchildren are injured. This company was excellent and answered all my questions when I asked them and gave me the information I needed.

We are glad to find a contractor that lives up to their web site ad! After a frantic evening call, an embarrassing confession ( I drove my van out of the garage with the back hatch still up, grinding the upper cables of my overhead garage door), I called Precision and received a call back. Precision serviced my garage door and installed a new opener and key pad in August. I called today as my key pad was not working, two hours later they replaced it at no charge. Both the receptionist and service representative were very courtious and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend PDS to friends and neighbors.

Day started bad - Garage door acting up! Googled Garage door mts. and was impressed with your website. When I called your office and talked to Holly, to my pleasant surprise she said she could have someone out right away. Came home from work on a Friday night and the garage door was not working. Called Precision and they had someone out to the house quickly! The person who worked on our door was so nice and did a wonderful job. He worked late into the evening to get the door working again. Amazing service! 5 stars!

We choose Precision because they advertised 24/7 service and are accredited with Better Business Bureau. I called Precision at midnight, and was given a time frame of 11am to 1pm for the next day (Saturday). At 11am two servicemen arrived, they replaced the overhead door spring and replaced the rollers as agreed, and they were done in less than an hour. My husband and I were very satisfied with the promptness and service Precision gave us and highly recommend to anyone.
