Precision replaced my old garage doors and opener. Everything was handled professionally and fast. I was able to order the door I wanted with the most quiet opener ever. From the moment the sales representative came to the moment the installer left, it was a great experience. I would never use any other company for garage door needs. Precision was fantastic!

We choose Precision because they advertised 24/7 service and are accredited with Better Business Bureau. I called Precision at midnight, and was given a time frame of 11am to 1pm for the next day (Saturday). At 11am two servicemen arrived, they replaced the overhead door spring and replaced the rollers as agreed, and they were done in less than an hour. My husband and I were very satisfied with the promptness and service Precision gave us and highly recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Precision Door for great customer service . My 36 year old Genie opener finally died at my rental property so last night I made an appointment with Precision to come out and give me an estimate. Ray called about a half hour before the appointed 10AM time to tell me he's on the way. I asked about possibly going back to a manual locking system and not replacing the opener. There was no hard sell or objection from Ray ,in fact he offered a few different lock choices. I finally opted for a replacement opener that Ray installed quickly and at a very reasonable price. He took the time to go over everything with both me and my tenant and left the garage in better order than the way we started. Thanks very much Precision Door Service.Five stars !!! Bill Johnson

A five star company for sure! I needed my garage door checked because it wasn't shutting correctly, and my house is being inspected for sale . My service person came at the time I asked for , promptly at noon. I needed a new motor which took a couple hours to replace. The service person did the replacement on the spot,was polite, knowledgeable, and able to explain everything to me . When he finished, he made sure I knew how to use the code and openers. Excellent work! 5 stars . Advertising is very informative and gave me confidence in calling the company. The person who took my order was friendly,humorous, and efficient. Thank you for a thoroughly worry free repair.

I don't remember my tech's name, but he was prompt, patient courteous and knowledgeable. We discussed the alternatives, and he was very open to starting with the least expensive of them (I think it worked.). I would certainly use their services again if the need arose.

While the service cost more than I expected, Precision was able to work around my schedule on a Saturday morning. Our tech Brad arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job repairing our garage door. He needed to do some modifications that were not expected but still completed the job in an hour and I never realized an automatic garage door could open and close so quietly.

pleased you were open this holiday; technician arrived and with some muscle inside the garage opened the door. Chain was jammed making it difficult to open. Appreciate the special care and service including the recommendations for lengthing the next service trip. Rollers, some circuit work, excellent clean out of insects and cleanup. Great job!

I called at 3:00 pm on Memorial Day. Precision at a technician to my house at 4:00 pm and he called to let me know when he was 20 minutes away. They fixed my garage door quickly and also made it quieter in the process. I wish all merchants were this professional and delivered the same great quality service.

Josh just left and was very pleased with his service. Was unhappy that I needed a new motor, but that is not his fault and even I knew that the sounds coming out of now old one were not good. He showed up early, was very professional, very pleasant and I would recommend him to others. Agree with one previous comment that has nothing to do with Josh, but when making the initial phone call. I was never told about the service fee during that call and feel that I should have been told about it. It turns out that because I had to replace the whole unit, the service fee was packaged with the motor replacement, but had that not been the case, it definitely would have been an unpleasant surprise. Loved the same day service!

The service I received was excellent - 5 star. I called late in the afternoon one day and was able to schedule a service call for the next. Jon accessed the damage to the single car garage door and repaired it with a brace. He also made sure nothing else needed repair and oiled/greased the wheels in the opening/closing tract. (I might be using incorrect terminology!) He was very personable and professional. And lastly, the cost was very reasonable. I recommended your company to my real estate agent, in case anyone else damages a garage door in the last stages of moving!
