Tim was our repair guy. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced! Our garage door spring broke over night and Friday morning the staff committed to having a repair tech out here on same day! That was fantastic. Tim called me in advance and said when he would arrive which was right on time. We discussed the problem he provide the quote and completed the repair timely! Thank you Precision!

Brian came out and saved the day! We called because our garage door springs broke and we could not get into our house. They were able to get Brian out within an hour and he figured out the problem and gave us our options to fix it. We were so grateful for his expertise and experience. He was knowledgeable..friendly..and a very hard worker. We are all back up and running and are so appreciative that Brian came out!

I went to take my trash out, hit the opener and heard a pop. Door opened up, but when closing had a major failure. Called Precision and they came out the same afternoon. Andrew arrived earlier than quoted. After a quick inspection, he noted what failed and why. Turns out that the previous owner did this on the cheap. Everything now fixed and working as it should be. Thank you Andrew and Precision. Highly recommended.

I was so relieved that Precision could send a Tech out on a Sunday afternoon and actually right when I called. The service Tech was a knowledgeable polite and knew what he was doing. He was great! I would highly recommend this company. The other well known company was twice the money and would not have been able to complete the job same day and would have to come back. Precision Rocks!!!!

I called in the am about my garage door was given a 12 - 2 time window Ted called with a time of arrival, he was friendly and personable. Ted quickly diagnosed the problem gave an estimate on the spot and completed the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after himself and left leaving me with a working garage door. It was a pleasure to meet him, he is a credit to his company I would recommend him without reservation. Impressed with the efficiency of the whole thing!

Very happy with this company. First, they got me scheduled within a day. The technician, Ted, was able to arrive just ahead of schedule. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The issue we were having was a little unique because of the age of the garage door, but Ted was able to find a solution and it didn't break the bank. Great service, great communication, great reliability. Definitely will call again.
