I was so relieved that Precision could send a Tech out on a Sunday afternoon and actually right when I called. The service Tech was a knowledgeable polite and knew what he was doing. He was great! I would highly recommend this company. The other well known company was twice the money and would not have been able to complete the job same day and would have to come back. Precision Rocks!!!!

Exceptional service! Door needed immediate attention late on a Saturday and customer service was able to get me an appointment for early Sunday morning. I called in the am about my garage door was given a 12 - 2 time window Ted called with a time of arrival, he was friendly and personable. Ted quickly diagnosed the problem gave an estimate on the spot and completed the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after himself and left leaving me with a working garage door. It was a pleasure to meet him, he is a credit to his company I would recommend him without reservation. Impressed with the efficiency of the whole thing!

Yes I have an issue with my garage door opener. I call precision and they come over the next morning and took care of it. It was under warranty as well. The issue was fix within 30min. Thank you very much for taking care of your customer so well. I do recommend precision to anyone.
