Found Precision Door Service by searching online for garage door spring replacement services. Chatted with Cameron, then called to make an appointment. Service Tech called to verify details to me (a DIY guy). Joe called 30 minutes before he came to work on the door. He is friendly and explained each step, what was needed, what might be needed, and the price of each. He was in and out in an hour. The door works perfectly. All this was done in less than 36 hours. Nice to find good service with a smile and at a reasonable price.

David was great, very professional and polite person. He was able to explain very clearly and in layman’s terms what was wrong and how to fix the broken spring, and if I replaced the other spring and the bearings that I would avoid problems in the future. Luke was very thorough, efficient knowledgeable and professional. He programmed my new garage remote control and my car garage door button with ease. He also inspected my garage door and made some adjustments and a tuneup that improved the smoothness of the garage door itself. WOW! From the time my phone call was answered until Hunter drove out our driveway, this has to be the best company I’ve ever worked with.
