Quick and efficient repair of openers not operating because of a large spider web blocking the signal lights! (I have limited sight due to AMD and could not see the web and would not have known to look for one!) Chuck went on to lube all the hinges which makes for a quieter door! Thank you PGD!

I am a do it yourself person and I managed to install the new garage door motor myself, but I was having issues with programming portion, and after re-reading the instructions several times, my wife told me to call Precision Garage Door. They had been to our house in 2021 to install a new door spring. I was able to get a technician named Colby to come over within two hours, he was personable, knowledgeable, professional, and had a good sense of humor too. He fixed the issue within 15 minutes. I am so grateful for Precision. Colby was awesome, he really knows the ins/outs for everything on garage doors, and takes pride in his job. It's really nice to know that there is a wonderful A++ business out there like Precision Garage Doors. Call them for ALL your garage door issues, you won't be disappointed. Hayden came out and performed a broken spring repair. He was prompt and vert professional, also identified additional safety hazards on our garage system and was able to repair the spring and roller bar. He also inspected our adjacent doors to ensure they're in proper working order and what items to look out for and replace at some point in the future. Thank you for an awesome job.

Hayden came out today to do an assessment on our garage doors and the the LiftMaster openers. He did a 10-15 minute review gave me detailed feedback and suggestions and what to consider with each option. Very easy to work with, very clear in his recommendations. We decided to replace both LiftMasters he finished the work in three hours helped us sync them with our cars and reviewed all the new features. We have used a ton of service people but Hayden was the best for all the reasons I mentioned above. So I highly recommend Hayden and Precision Door Service!

Today, years after my initial installation I received an email from Precision. I was informed that they would waive the inspection fee on my doors and fix minor issues. I indeed had a small tweak needed to improve the usability of my door. I called and they were out the same day to fix it, no charge! This is the type of company that you want to do business with. The Precision technician, Trey, was extremely professional and efficient. He explained the problem and offered several solutions, including the cost. Once the replacement opener had been selected, the installation went quickly and smoothly. Our 20-year-old garage door opener was starting to glitch after many years of faithful service (thanks, LiftMaster!). We had one of your 'tuneup' services done in 2022 but something more drastic was called for now. I was able to get same-day service from Precisions scheduling desk and technicians Beau and Robert texted me that they could come even sooner. They proceeded to do a professional assessment of the units condition and showed me the sorry state of the rollers and motor. I was provided with several repair options and decided to go with a new LiftMaster unit, springs and rollers. Beau and Robert finished the install in ~2 hours and then helped me train the opener for our cars. They were very thorough and professional and polite. The new unit is like something from a science fiction film - it even has a web cam and interfaces with my phone. I am very pleased. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for everthing from tuneups to new unit installations. They are the gold standard in my area and totally exceeded my expectations.
