Clearly communicated options for minimum repairs needed plus offered additional repair/upgrade options without any sales pressure. Luke showed up on time and was friendly and courteous. Replaced the broken spring and overhauled the entire door with new rollers, cables, etc., and was finished in 1.25 hours. Door works great now and is noticeably quieter as well. Precision was great to work with.

David was great. He gave me several options. He never pressured me for anything. I choose to have the high end opinion because we use the door a lot. It was still less than half of what was spent only about year before for the same type of repair. Obviously I called because that failed. I now have a warranty on the work. I understood what was being done and why. The price for the quality was great and the service outstanding. I do hope it's at least 10 years from now; nevertheless, Precision is who I will call if needed. I am glade I called. All the 5 star reviews are deserved!

Found Precision Door Service by searching online for garage door spring replacement services. Chatted with Cameron, then called to make an appointment. Service Tech called to verify details to me (a DIY guy). Joe called 30 minutes before he came to work on the door. He is friendly and explained each step, what was needed, what might be needed, and the price of each. He was in and out in an hour. The door works perfectly. All this was done in less than 36 hours. Nice to find good service with a smile and at a reasonable price.

I chose because of excellent reviews and had excellent service. The sales presentation was very clear and door has exceeded expectations. Had a small problem with door factory trim a few months after installation and within 2 hours it was repaired. Very happy with product and with service.
