I called in the am about my garage door was given a 12 - 2 time window Ted called with a time of arrival, he was friendly and personable. Ted quickly diagnosed the problem gave an estimate on the spot and completed the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after himself and left leaving me with a working garage door.
