Repeat customers for a reason. All around great (no delay) service every time we call for help. Our technician showed up thinking he was just fixing a broken spring and some basic maintenance on our over-sized garage door. He ended up staying for hours installing a really cool new opener and stayed even longer to help us program our cars to work with the new system. Not easy. Thank you, Shawn, and the great folks at PD!

Sean arrived on time and got right to work. A super nice guy and a skilled and efficient repairman. He replaced two springs, two end bearings, and the center bearing. When the parts were replaced he tensioned the springs, lubed the door wheels, and then manually checked the door operation. All good. Then he checked the electrical door operation and all was good. Awesome! I’m happy to report the garage door now operates better than it has in years. Thanks, Sean!

Precision was able to have a technician out within 2 hours of my call. Luke was very professional, did a thorough review of the entire system and replaced the spring which had broken. He answered all of my questions and provided the best solution for our repair needs without trying to sell me something I didn’t need. In the two times I have had to use Precision Door Service, I have found them to be dependable, courteous and trustworthy.
