I had two technicians Luke and Steven who worked on my garage doors. One door had stopped working altogether. They replaced the springs and other parts on both doors and serviced them, gave me a 10-year guarantee on the parts. Luke was personable, explained everything that would be done, gave me a free can of garage door lubrication with instructions to lubricate 2 times a year. He also gave me a 10% senior discount which is so appreciated. They gave me excellent service and explanations. Thank you. Karen Bockelman

At 1:15 p.m. yesterday my garage door suddenly wouldn't open -one week before my house was to be listed for sale. Based on a friend's experience and my realtor's recommendation, I called Precision. Brittney was very helpful and efficient in gathering information, then said there was an open window from 2:00 - 4:00 that same afternoon! At 1:50 I got a call from Luke saying he would be there at 2:20. At 2:15 he pulled in the driveway, friendly and easy-going, asking me questions, assessing the problem, then gave me 3 options. I chose one and he went to work - replacing cables and rebalancing springs - done in less than 30 minutes. He even programmed new remotes I had bought elsewhere and helped clean up behind a cabinet that had to be moved. Luke definitely knew what he was doing, and his customer service was above and beyond. I wish every company was this competent and responsive - very impressive!!

Garage door unfortunately had some older components that failed, rendering it inoperable. Gabe came to my home the same day, walked me through several service options, and fixed my unit that day/restored it to operations. Our spring broke on late Friday night, we called Precision to see if we can get serviced soon. We called at 7:00pm and was able to get an appointment for someone to come out on Saturday between 12:00-2:00. Marcus came at 12:30 and replaced both springs. We pad Precision previously change the springs many years ago and bought the Lifetime Warrantee. Precision honored the agreement and completed the service free of charge. Great work Precision for prompt service and honoring the Warrantee without hassle. Tuan

I cannot express how amazing my experience has been. Although the actual work will be completed next week this whole experience has been amazing. I literally drove out of my garage with my hatch open and ripped my garage door off its hinges damaging most of it. Eric arrived within two hours of this happening. He not only surveyed the damage and put together a quote he helped me get it back on the rails enough to get it closed and secured it with a screwdriver. My quote came within two hours and I was estatic at the price. New garage door and new opener right around $1900. I thought it was going to be like 4000. Excellent company, excellent customer service, came to my rescue. You need to hire this company. You won’t be disappointed!! Nancy
