Luke was very thorough, efficient knowledgeable and professional. He programmed my new garage remote control and my car garage door button with ease. He also inspected my garage door and made some adjustments and a tuneup that improved the smoothness of the garage door itself. He also wore holiday antlers with lights to add a little cheer to a cold December day.

WOW! From the time my phone call was answered until Hunter drove out our driveway, this has to be the best company I’ve ever worked with. Extremely fast response time, (on Thanksgiving eve) on time, called before arrival, Hunter was very professional, courteous, gave me an exact price before starting and installed the new spring mechanism on the spot. David was great, very professional and polite person. He was able to explain very clearly and in layman’s terms what was wrong and how to fix the broken spring, and if I replaced the other spring and the bearings that I would avoid problems in the future. Door works great now and I would call and recommend Precision Overhead Door in the future.
