I used this service in 2021 when my garage door broke and I thought it would need replacing. To my surprise they were able to repair it for under $300. So I called this year when I couldn't get the door opener to work right. The technician was very good at explaining what they would do and how they would fix it.

There may be cheaper places in town, but the care and quality they put into every interaction, like responding quickly to an emergency or trying to send the same person out each time, makes everything so much nicer. Very happy with this company. First, they got me scheduled within a day. The technician, Ted, was able to arrive just ahead of schedule. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The issue we were having was a little unique because of the age of the garage door, but Ted was able to find a solution and it didn't break the bank. I went to take my trash out, hit the opener and heard a pop. Door opened up, but when closing had a major failure. Called Precision and they came out the same afternoon. Andrew arrived earlier than quoted. After a quick inspection, he noted what failed and why. Turns out that the previous owner did this on the cheap. Everything now fixed and working as it should be.
