Sean arrived on time and got right to work. A super nice guy and a skilled and efficient repairman. He replaced two springs, two end bearings, and the center bearing. When the parts were replaced he tensioned the springs, lubed the door wheels, and then manually checked the door operation. All good. Then he checked the electrical door operation and all was good. Awesome! I’m happy to report the garage door now operates better than it has in years. Thanks, Sean!

Precision was able to have a technician out within 2 hours of my call. Luke was very professional, did a thorough review of the entire system and replaced the spring which had broken. He answered all of my questions and provided the best solution for our repair needs without trying to sell me something I didn’t need.
