Our garage door openers were not very good quality (already installed in the house when we moved in). They were malfunctioning (spontaneously opening and closing) when I called Precision. Jesse was quick to come out, within a couple of hours. It was great. He said it would be best to replace our garage openers. I was a little hesitant at first because I thought it was just a ploy to make money. However, after talking to Jesse and looking at our options it made sense. I was so happy that he had everything in the van, and had the time available, so that we could get it all done that day. He also helped me program my car with HomeLink and showed me how everything worked, answering all the questions I had. Jesse was very hard working and did a great job. The only constructive criticism I have is that he did a good job of cleaning up but I still had to pick up some staples and screw pieces after he left. Not a biggie though thinking of what he accomplished that day. Pretty minor. Overall we are very satisfied.

Cudos to Mike and your company. Mike did an amazing job with repairing our door with a new attachment that raises the door. (My big ooops) Mike came out to see the problem and I was amazed that he was able to repair the door at the same time. I can't begin to tell you how happy I was to hear those words, made my day, and my blessing for the day. He took the time to explain the workings of the door, also to explain the maintenance that needs to be done, we will be calling back to have this done as soon as we can. Mike is an asset to your company and devoted to doing a good job and leaving an excellent impression of himself and the company he is with. We need more people like him. Oh, my husband was looking thru the phone book for someone to call out, he looked at several different companies, then said, 'this one jumps out at me' I told him, then this is the one we call. 5 stars...took a while to get here...but totally understand sick employees and running behind...not a problem. I do have to say that Del was PHENOMENAL! I really appreciated the thank you note and his caring and attentive nature. We will definitely pass on your name to neighbors and friends. Del had to replace our spring and cables. He took very good care of us! Thank You to Del!!!

I have used your services twice now. I am still very impressed how quickly I was able to have our garage doors fixed. Repairs each time were done to my satisfaction. The serviceman both times was very professional and courteous. He did a complete door inspection, lubed several parts in addition to fixing the broken left spring. He also pointed out some of the weaker manufactured part that came with the original door and offered to replace these to avoid issues in the future which we gladly did. I would recommend your company to anyone and will gladly use your services myself again if needed.

Called for an appointment and Brad came out the same week to install a new garage door opener. I was told the benefits of several brands and left to choose the one that fit. Both the office and Brad called to say he would be a few minutes late. I'm impressed with their customer service. He did a safety inspection, and found I needed two new springs and cables for my door. He was very professional, polite, efficient, and friendly. Explained how to use everything and cleaned up afterwards. A little high-end price wise, but I would very highly recommend Precision if you want the job done right.
