I called on a Monday morning and had a technician here by 1:30. He was quick to discover my problem (an easy fix) and mentioned the rollers were old making the motor work harder so I had him replace them. I was extremely happy as it was very cold out and I needed my garage door working. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door repair. I can't thank your company and Josh T. enough.

I was given an arrival time for your technician of between 3:00 and 5:00. He called prior to his arrival and advised of his estimated arrival time. He arrived at 3:15 as estimated, introduced himself, was very polite and went right to work. He offered two or three possible causes of my problem and went right to work problem solving. He discovered the problem, fixed it and was done in about 20 minutes. Thank you for a job well done.

Dear Precision Garage Door, Overall, I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. The technician, Josh, was on time, knowledgeable, and at no point did I feel like he was trying to rip me off or be dishonest. He identified the issue rather quickly, and the fix was completed within an hour and a half. I do however, have a recommendation. When I contacted Precision Garage Door on Friday, February 13th, at 5:02 p.m., I spoke with a girl who set me up for the appointment. She was not rude, but she was not personable, and she did not make me want to do business with Precision Garage Door (in fact, I had considered telling her that I would call someone else, as I expected her to be more helpful). She failed to disclose the $69.95 service fee, which I later found out about by reading reviews. I was not upset about this service fee, but I do expect to be told about it before you come visit my home! As a manager of a call center that schedules appointments for service at a car dealership, I know the repercussions of not quoting diagnosis time. The customer should always know what to expect - and when they don't, it is those experiences that contribute to a poor reputation and negative reviews. Other than that, I don't have any qualms with the service that I received. I will use your company again, as I was impressed with the customer service provided by Josh, along with the price of the repair. Thank you, Stesha Powers

I was in a hurry to get a new garage door installed because my old garage door bottom panel fell off. Precision was the only company that could come out that same day that I called. When Victor showed up from Precision he explained everything, a super nice guy. Within a few days I had a beautiful new garage door installed by two installers, Jess and Ray who was very nice and knew what they were doing. I would recommend Precision to anyone! Thank you!

Brad rebuilt the spings, rollers, and installed a new opener. The work was done professionally and in a timely manor. Not having ever purchased this system, as any home I bought had the garage openers already installed, I was a little taken back by the cost. Other than that I was very satisfied. This is the second time we have used Precision service. Excellent both times! This time our garage door broke 2 days before going out of town, and I really appreciated being able to get it fixed in a hurry. Tim was great and showed me what was wrong and made sure that everything was fixed properly.

Our garage door openers were not very good quality (already installed in the house when we moved in). They were malfunctioning (spontaneously opening and closing) when I called Precision. Jesse was quick to come out, within a couple of hours. It was great. He said it would be best to replace our garage openers. I was a little hesitant at first because I thought it was just a ploy to make money. However, after talking to Jesse and looking at our options it made sense. I was so happy that he had everything in the van, and had the time available, so that we could get it all done that day. He also helped me program my car with HomeLink and showed me how everything worked, answering all the questions I had. Jesse was very hard working and did a great job. The only constructive criticism I have is that he did a good job of cleaning up but I still had to pick up some staples and screw pieces after he left. Not a biggie though thinking of what he accomplished that day. Pretty minor. Overall we are very satisfied.

Cudos to Mike and your company. Mike did an amazing job with repairing our door with a new attachment that raises the door. (My big ooops) Mike came out to see the problem and I was amazed that he was able to repair the door at the same time. I can't begin to tell you how happy I was to hear those words, made my day, and my blessing for the day. He took the time to explain the workings of the door, also to explain the maintenance that needs to be done, we will be calling back to have this done as soon as we can. Mike is an asset to your company and devoted to doing a good job and leaving an excellent impression of himself and the company he is with. We need more people like him. Oh, my husband was looking thru the phone book for someone to call out, he looked at several different companies, then said, 'this one jumps out at me' I told him, then this is the one we call. 5 stars...took a while to get here...but totally understand sick employees and running behind...not a problem. I do have to say that Del was PHENOMENAL! I have used your services twice now. I am still very impressed how quickly I was able to have our garage doors fixed. Repairs each time were done to my satisfaction. The serviceman both times was very professional and courteous. He did a complete door inspection, lubed several parts in addition to fixing the broken left spring. He also pointed out some of the weaker manufactured part that came with the original door and offered to replace these to avoid issues in the future which we gladly did. I would recommend your company to anyone and will gladly use your services myself again if needed.

Called for an appointment and Brad came out the same week to install a new garage door opener. I was told the benefits of several brands and left to choose the one that fit. Both the office and Brad called to say he would be a few minutes late. I'm impressed with their customer service. He did a safety inspection, and found I needed two new springs and cables for my door. He was very professional, polite, efficient, and friendly. Explained how to use everything and cleaned up afterwards. A little high-end price wise, but I would very highly recommend Precision if you want the job done right.
