Called at 10:15 am on a Friday, the Tech was here at Noon! Tech's are Very Professional and always have what they need in the Truck. I did my research through the BBB site and chose P.D.S. and this was my 3rd Interaction and I will continue to rely on them if needed in the future.

Garage door would not open. Called Precision about 9:00am: Samuel arrived about noon and quickly diagnosed the problem as broken spring replacement was wrong size. He put the correct springs in place and door worked like a charm. Excellent service.

The service was great! I called late in the day when I realized there was a broken spring. They sent someone out early the next day. The technician was great and explained everything so I could understand. Two weeks prior to this spring breaking, (I have 2 springs on my door) the other one broke. I called the company I have used for years and they came out and replaced it. I wasn't too happy with them and found out the company had changed hands since I last used them 2 years ago. When I called them, they answered the phone with the same company name I had used. It wasn't until the technician got here that I found out about the change in ownership and name. Kind of misleading. The technician replaced the spring and didn't adjust the system. When the other one broke I decided to try Precision, and Im glad I did. And the bonus...$100 cheaper and better service!

I chose Precision Garage Door because my boyfriend had a good experience with them. When my mother needed to have her garage door assessed for either replacement or repair I knew who to call. Although it was late on a rainy day, Robert braved the weather and was able to answer all my mom’s concerns. She had such a good experience talking with Robert that she had him go ahead and do the work the same day. He was personable and professional. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors because of Robert’s care and excellent customer service and support.

Great response time and our tech was prepared with options to either repair/retro-fit or replace lift units. I chose to replace them with new and Joe did an excellent job installing them. He kept me informed of his progress then did a complete overview with me when he was done to make sure I understood how to use the new lift units. Joe is personable, knowledgeable, friendly and outgoing - but not pushy in any way. He helped and advised me so that I could come to an informed decision and I appreciated his input and attitude. I am very pleased with the new units. Great job done and Joe represents Precision Door Service very well.

I wouldn't use any other company. Im very impressed. He replaced springs,rollers,starter motor, cables, barrings, I think a couple of other things can't remember. 10year warranty on it awesome.

Colby and Andrew represented the company extremely well. On time, friendly and professional. They describe everything they suggested needs to be done. Gave us 3 choices of what we could do which included to replace the whole door. However he did say our door really didn't need to be replaced even though it was 31 years old. They did the repair work in a timely fashion and swept the floor in the garage to get any ball bearing that dropped. Colby gave us his business card and said we could call him any time. He also showed us how to apply lubricant to brackets which we did not know we should have been doing. They were awesome and represented your business in the best way possible.
