Joe did such a great job last year and this year to fix my garage door! He also gave me great quotes for my garage motor for the future. Fantastic tech, Joe Igla!! He arrived on time for the appointment I was able to fix our issue and explained everything he was doing. I was surprised that they were able to come out the same day I called and gave me an appointment for 2 hours after I first called them.

Called because our 20 year old garage door opener was making funny noises. Scheduled appointment and Joe came out. Found the problem was a worn out part quickly and recommended replacing the old opener. He did a great job installing the new opener and spent time showing me what was different. He made sure that everything was working fine and offered to reprogram the remote in our car. Thank you for doing a good job and providing us very great service. *****

After parking my car in the garage and closing the garage door, I realized I left the remote in my car. My keypad would not work to open the door. As Precision had worked on the garage door about 20 years earlier, I called them and an appointment was set for early the next morning. Happily for me, Joe was the gentleman assigned to help me. He was very, very courteous, patient, and informative, Joe made the entire repair process easy for me to understand. When the key to open the lock on the door didn't work, he explained the steps needed to complete the repair. He kept me informed during the entire process which I so appreciated. Joe was absolutely great!! My remote, keypad, new lock, and garage door work perfectly now!!
