I recently had my garage door opener replaced because it had stopped working after 33 years. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised, I was able to get service the same day I called. Beau was professional, trustworthy, and took the time to walk me through every step of the process. He explained all the new features, never rushing and always making sure I felt comfortable with the system. The new garage door opener looks great, operates smoothly, and I feel confident using it thanks to the excellent guidance I received. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service!

Spring failure — needed service ASAP. Precision door had a technician on site in less than 2 hours. David Heath was a great guy explained all my options with no pressure. Noted areas of excessive wear, bearings and rollers. David went through the repair process methodically and explained each step. Tested the door motion extensively and made minor tweaks. Door operates the best it has in years. Great service from a wonderful guy.

Joe was very polite, easy to talk over things and options. Did not try and sell me something which I appreciated. He looked over the door situation, and then gave me 4 options. I couldn't afford a whole new door at this time, but he fixed the horrible squeeking and squealing noise. When I can purshase a new door, I will call Percision again. Thank you Joe

I just bought a house and the garage door was moaning and creaking quite badly every time it was opened/closed. After doing research online, I ultimately chose Precision Garage Door Service to address the issues at hand. Within an hour of contacting this company, Samuel arrived at my home to address my garage door issues. After discussing my concerns, he then went right to work assessing the situation. Sam then wrote up 4 options to address the problems at various levels, and we discussed the pros and cons of each option. After I made my choice, he went right to work. When Sam was finished, not only was the door opening and closing MUCH more quietly and with ease, but the new trim also solved another problem, and looked nice as well. Lastly, Sam took the time to teach me how to take care of twice yearly lubrication of the door hinges on my own. I am thrilled with the work that was done, and my neighbors will be thankful for this repair as well! I will most certainly be recommending Precision Garage Door Service to others!

My garage door openers had stopped working, even when I replaced a battery so I knew I needed to call someone. I had remembered advertisements for Precision door and gave them a call. They were able to get me an appointment with a technician within a couple hours. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. It turned out that my unit was 30 years old and had "died". He installed a new one, replaced the rollers on my door and showed me how to use the app on my phone. I am VERY pleased.

Had Persicion Garage Doors out in 2018. We'll fast forward to last night one of the springs broke so garage wouldn't open. Called persicion and they had Samuel come out on a Saturday at no addition charge. Samuel quickly new what the problem was and got us all fixed up. Its even better then it was! Spring broke on my 20+ year old garage door. Contacted Precision Garage Door Service and setup a next day service. Service Technician Joe Igla responded inspected the garage door and related hardware, and within an hour had the springs/bearings replaced. Joe didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, was very professional and friendly. The repair cost was reasonable and now my garage door is working like new. Three year warranty is an added plus. Very happy with the entire experience.

Spring broke on a Saturday night around 10 pm got online seen that your company was open on Sunday made a appointment online for Sunday morning and Colby Diaz came out and looked over my door and told me what i needed and how much for it to be done he was great with showing me everything about it and how to keep my whole garage door system in good working condition and was very pleasant to chat with would definitely recommend. Price i felt was great considering it was on a Sunday and 12 hours after the garage door was broken no complaints thank you
