Colby Arrived ahead of my appointment, did a very thorough inspection, explained what the problems were and options for correcting them. He then did a very smooth repair which corrected our problems.He is very pleasant, obviously very capable and I could not be more pleased.

I am very impressed with how smooth and effortless this whole situation ended up being. Having my garage door spring snap in half and trapping my car in the garage seemed like a headache. I was recommended to call Precision from a friend. They where available on the weekend when I was home from work, and had all the parts to replace my old system! What a pleasant experience to unfortunate event. I upgraded my old 2004 system to a brand new lift master. Mark came out to replace a panel that was damaged on a new garage door that had been installed. He was punctual (actually arrived a few minutes early), polite, professional and quickly completed the work. While I wasn't expecting it, he also serviced the door. Great job!!

Now that's the way to run a business! I had a broken spring and could not raise my door. Googled to find a service and was lucky to call Precision. The technician, Joe, came to house and noticed the springs were previously installed by Precision. I knew I had them replaced about ten or so years ago, but couldn't recall, or find the paperwork. Joe made a couple phone calls and they found the information (installed 12 years ago) and instead of a several hundred dollar repair (which I was ready to pay) only charged me the well under $100 for the service call as the springs were warranted. I've now posted their business card right next to my opener. Will definitely call them again, or refer them to anyone that asks me. Thank you Joe!

We have used PrecisionDoor Service before and they always do and excellent job. Beau June arrived on time diagnosed the problems and explained what needed to be done to fix them: replaced the old garage door opener, replaced the springs, aligned the roller tracks, reset all remotes. He explained all the operational and Maintenance features fully. Amazing difference in the operation of the door. It is super quiet when opening and closing. Beau, good job well done.

I don't remember the young man's name that serviced my 3 car garage with 3 doors. Only 2 are powered. He called me @ 7:40am which was just fine with me, and he was here promptly as he said, 20 minutes later. Profesionally he listened to my reasoning of contacting Precision,,,(TV add), and followed that up with what he was going to do and that he would let me know the condition of my 2 siongle car garage doors. He came back with some alternatives for me to consider. I chose the alternative that fit my pocket book and he then went to work, and 1.5 hrs later he was finished and did a great job. I'm totally satisfied with his professional ability and workmanship. You have a customer for the rest of my life with my garage doors.

I have been using Precision Door for many years on my own home. I am currently selling my Dad's house and when I was trying to clean out the garage, the door came off the track and was stuck half way up on one side. I called and they came out within a couple of hours. They were able to get it in the down position and scheduled a tech to come out the next day and measure for a new door. All the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Its great having a company I can depend on when an emergency arises.
