David is amazing! One of the best service experiences I've ever had with any company. Scheduling the appointment online was simple and fast. David, an amazing service technician, showed up exactly when he said he would arrive, answered all of my questions, and really helped me to understand my garage door system. As a do-it-yourselfer, I knew that I needed a company to balance my garage door. David not only did the work, he identified a few areas of installing a new opener myself to watch out for and explained a few essential elements that will make sure the install is within code. I will definitely be using Precision Door Service again.

Awesome company! We were having garage door issues for a few days now and our neighbor mentioned that he was having Precision Door come out that afternoon for their garage door so I called to see if they could check our problem when they were done. Joe and Marcus came over and Joe fixed our problem and even did a few extra things like spraying the hinges and straightening one of the metal sides. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, very nice and enjoyable to work with. We also received suggestions regarding maintenance of our garage door. Very impressed with the service we received from them and HIGHLY recommend Precision Garage Door to everyone.

I contacted Precision initially because of their rating and I chose them because they said my garage door could be repaired whereas other door companies insisted the door had to be replaced. The young man (William) who replaced the damaged panels was polite and professional. I was very satisfied with his completed work and would highly recommend Precision.

David, Precision’s technician, gave us a call 45 minutes ahead of his arrival. He was supposed to arrive between 10am and noon. He got there by 10am. He did some safety checks and replaced the broken spring wire and replaced a number of other parts that looked worn, etc. He was finished in 55 minutes and he did everything in a professional and courteous manner. I’m spreading the word to my neighbors and friends in case they may need garage door servicing.

Had a good experience with Precision Door and technician arrived on time. He was able to quickly see what could be done to my garage door. He replaced rollers and now it closes smoothly! Unfortunately the air gaps at the sides will have to remain until I replace the door. It is old and he did what he could. Overall, happy with service provided.

Excellent work by Joe. He is professional, a good teacher and comes masked and even early which was appreciated. Very pleasant. We have had no trouble with the garage door installed 5 years ago by the company. Neighbor's referral to the company. Happy to see all the good ratings BBB etc on the ads. Highly recommend. This was a call for a check up only, no option to select that.

They were able to get a tech out the same day I called and even bumped it to an earlier time. Tech was on time and fixed our garage door cables pretty quick. Excellent service. Would definatly use them again.

Joe, the service technician was very nice and helpful in his service. He was able to tell us right up front what was wrong and how much it would cost. He replaced some rollers and bearings on our garage door. We had a quick turnaround time for the repair, just a Precision’s ad stated. I would definitely contact them again should I need their type of service in the future.
