Excellent work by Joe. He is professional, a good teacher and comes masked and even early which was appreciated. Very pleasant. We have had no trouble with the garage door installed 5 years ago by the company. Neighbor's referral to the company. Happy to see all the good ratings BBB etc on the ads. Highly recommend. This was a call for a check up only, no option to select that.

They were able to get a tech out the same day I called and even bumped it to an earlier time. Tech was on time and fixed our garage door cables pretty quick. Excellent service. Would definatly use them again.

Called at night and made an appointment for Saturday morning the next day. Came and gave 3 different cost options to replace the spring and other options I chose not to do. Was in and out in an hour and now the door opens up. Quick and easy, technician super nice and helpful. Thanks!

Joe, the service technician was very nice and helpful in his service. He was able to tell us right up front what was wrong and how much it would cost. He replaced some rollers and bearings on our garage door. We had a quick turnaround time for the repair, just a Precision’s ad stated. I would definitely contact them again should I need their type of service in the future.

Our spring broke on our garage door. David came out on a Sunday and gave us three different Options for repair. Our garage door opener what is 23 years old. Besides Replacing the spring he also put in a new garage door opener all in two hours. Reasonable price and great work.

Garage door decided to break late last evening, called Precision Door Service around 10AM - quickly set up an appointment for early afternoon. Joe I the technician called advised me that he was enroute. Showed up a short time later and got to work - Joe had it back up in less than an hour and the repair is better than the original installation. Really first rate service and work - highly recommend

I would recommend Precision Door Service in a heartbeat. We called about a broken garage door opener. They were able to send someone out the next day. Our technician, Sean, was professional and friendly. He quickly identified several potential concerns and the root of our problem. I feel confident that he would have repaired our existing system if he felt that was a viable option. Our system needed to be replaced and he was able to provide me a couple options for our bid right on the spot. The whole opener system and chain rod were replaced in about an hour. So grateful to have our issue resolved quickly and with obvious skill. Love the new opener system, it’s much quieter than our old one. I will be happy to utilize Precision again in the future if ever the need presents itself.

Needed new garage door openers for both doors. Joe inspected the doors prior to installing them and recommended some repairs to the doors. Joe completed the repairs, installed both openers and cleaned up the worksite in a few hours. He set the codes for the keypads, helped me sync the Homelink device in my car, and ensured I knew how to operate them all. Great work.

Tim my service man called and let me know he would be here in 20mi. The options were offered to me as to the different ways of dealing with my problem. Tim share the policy of the company and I chose what I needed for now . Tim went over the information as to the year warranty. He work very well and was very respectful. Had a good experience with Precision Door and technician arrived on time. He was able to quickly see what could be done to my garage door. He replaced rollers and now it closes smoothly! Unfortunately the air gaps at the sides will have to remain until I replace the door. It is old and he did what he could. Overall, happy with service provided.
