Our garage door quit working on July 4. "Oh no! Not a holiday!" We assumed we wouldn't be able to get it repaired that day. But, Precision Garage Door Service was able to schedule the repair within a couple hours of the phone call. We are so happy with the service we received. Beau June was fabulous. He was kind and efficient. He obviously knew what he was doing and didn't mind answering any of our questions. We'd happily use Precision again, and if any of our friends need recommendations, we'll tell them about this company. Thank you!

We had Precision replace two original doors in our 1960’s home. From our first contact with Paul our estimator we knew it was the right company to do business with, his knowledge and expertise guided us through preparing our garage for two new doors, what was needed for clearance for installation and the process. Our installer CJ arrived on time, appreciated the prep we had done to make it an easy install, talked through options on mounting and future drywall I planned on installing, he understood my attention to details as I’m an avid DIYer. The install was perfect, we LOVE the new doors, wondering why we hadn’t done this earlier!

The previous garage door company that I had used no longer serviced this area and the precision advertising jingle got stuck in my head, so I called to have my door repaired, Same Day service as advertised, the technician, Trey was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem, HE explained to me the services and cost to repair my garage door. His installation is fantastic. He was fast and efficient; upon completion he went thru the installation and operation. I highly recommend Precision Garage doors, High quality and great service.

Joe from Precision Garage Door was friendly and able to efficiently diagnose and fix my garage door tracks that were bent and squeaky. He provided options for different repairs and was able to bend the tracks back into place - and replaced the old rollers. All the options were reasonably priced and the end result was what we were looking for - no more squeaky door! Would definitely recommend.

Couldn't program a new remote for my LiftMaster garage door opener installed in 2000. Called Precision because they were the dealer for LiftMaster. Joe arrived 90 minutes later. Trouble shot the opener and gave me a couple options. I choose to replace the opener. Joe had one on his truck and had it installed in 90 Minutes. Joe did a great job. Expensive but done right. Thank you.

Nicholas did a great job. He called me and arranged to come early. He checked out the door, rails and opener to make sure there were no underlying issues. He replaced the bottom seal with a much sturdier metal framed seal. Tested it to make sure it sealed completely. He cleaned the door where he had been handling it. Very professional. He left me very satisfied. After three weeks of waiting for Gary to respond, I was very relieved. Thanks very much Richard

Excellent work and knowledgeable technicians. Found out the previous company who did the installation of the new garage door opener did not do installation properly and undersized the springs and cables which caused the problem. Highly recommended this company for your use with confidence that it will be done professionally and correctly.

I was very pleasantly surprised to get taken care of same day and in a Saturday. Joe was very friendly, efficient & professional. This was probably one of the easiest home repairs I’ve ever EVER dealt with. From 1st phone call (11am) to making the appointment (2pm) to getting it finished (4pm)& better than it was from day one. THANK YOU!

Really great service. They were able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The technician was right on time and diagnosed my intermittent functioning garage door opener. It turned out to be the electronic panel in the opener box. The unit is 17 yrs old and yet they had a replacement panel right in the truck! I am very pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Door.

Your repair person was great - efficient, smart, knew what they were doing, and fixed it all up! I decided to get new springs and new rollers for my double garage door, which was not functioning properly, and new keypads for two garages. Joe was an excellent repair person and I was very happily satisfied.

My garage door started to get louder, experience speed bumps along the track and then eventually not close all the way leaving a two inch gap at the bottom. So I decided to call Precision GARAGE DOOR SERVICE since I had exceptional service from them in the past. Bryan Sanders was the technician that arrived earlier than I expected (which was nice). He was very friendly and seemed to be an expert in the garage door industry. He made recommendations and let us know of all the options available to make our garage door safe & reliable. After Bryan completed the replacement of worn parts & made the necessary adjustments, he did a superb job cleaning up. I will always trust Precision to be the ones I go to for all my garage door service needs.

Brian came out same day to repair our door that was misaligned and would not open or close completely. While here, he also measured and quoted a new door. While a new door was not on our list of projects, we opted to move forward knowing they will provide a level of detail and service unique to the industry.
