Garage door decided to break late last evening, called Precision Door Service around 10AM - quickly set up an appointment for early afternoon. Joe I the technician called advised me that he was enroute. Showed up a short time later and got to work - Joe had it back up in less than an hour and the repair is better than the original installation. Really first rate service and work - highly recommend

I would recommend Precision Door Service in a heartbeat. We called about a broken garage door opener. They were able to send someone out the next day. Our technician, Sean, was professional and friendly. He quickly identified several potential concerns and the root of our problem. I feel confident that he would have repaired our existing system if he felt that was a viable option. Our system needed to be replaced and he was able to provide me a couple options for our bid right on the spot. The whole opener system and chain rod were replaced in about an hour. So grateful to have our issue resolved quickly and with obvious skill. Love the new opener system, it’s much quieter than our old one. I will be happy to utilize Precision again in the future if ever the need presents itself.

Needed new garage door openers for both doors. Joe inspected the doors prior to installing them and recommended some repairs to the doors. Joe completed the repairs, installed both openers and cleaned up the worksite in a few hours. He set the codes for the keypads, helped me sync the Homelink device in my car, and ensured I knew how to operate them all. Great work.

Tim my service man called and let me know he would be here in 20mi. The options were offered to me as to the different ways of dealing with my problem. Tim share the policy of the company and I chose what I needed for now . Tim went over the information as to the year warranty. He work very well and was very respectful. Discovered one spring was broken on our garage door. Called precision door on 12/28 and they sent a technician, Joe, out on 12/29. Our appointment window was from 12 to 2:00. Joe was able to arrive at 11:45 after calling us with a 30 minute window. He replaced the spring and was cleaned up and leaving by 12:15pm. He was very courteous and took the time to check our past history with the company to discover our springs were still covered under their warranty. We were pleased to only have to pay the service fee and to have our garage door back in working order so quickly.

Our spring broke on our garage door. David came out on a Sunday and gave us three different Options for repair. Our garage door opener what is 23 years old. Besides Replacing the spring he also put in a new garage door opener all in two hours. Reasonable price and great work.
