Excellent work! We were extremely fortunate to have Joe Igla as our Service Representative. He came in, diagnosed the problem immediately, and fixed the problem in no time flat. I had him do a complete and thorough review of the door. He made several recommendations, which I took, and in no time flat he was on his way. I've used Precision before, and had the same great service the last time I used them. Kudos to Precision for having great technicians, and great customer service. One of my springs broke on my 3 1/2 year old home. Eric was my technician. Eric was very respectful and professional. He quickly assessed the problem and then talked about options and cost. He not only installed the new springs, but he fixed the issues that came with a poorly installed door. He also added a handle to the garage in case I needed to open it manually. Then he helped me understand how to open the garage manually. He even gave me a garage door opener to replace the one my son took when he moved out.

Great Service. Joe is an all star. He presented three options and we discussed pros and cons and made a decision based upon costs and needs. I was so pleased that Precision was able to send a tech out the same day, as my garage door chain sprocket was broken and springs worn. I was not able to open it manually. Joe came out at the time expected, explained and gave me options for repair or replacement. He was very professional and personable. Eric was the technician that installed my cable driven garage door opener. I chose Precision because they installed my double wide garage door opener 9 years ago. Eric was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the installation so it was understandable to me. He was quick to diagnose a problem with cables that were worn and recommended replacement on the install 9 years ago that were warranted. Eric is a credit to Precision. I would like to thank Joe for giving us a quote on a new door, opener, and keypad. Our old garage door was approx. 20 years old and had seen better days. We went with a door with windows and it looks so nice plus I really like the natural light coming in!Joe was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would also like to thank CJ for his work in installing the new door, opener and keypad. He did a great job! We love our new door and opener. It's so quiet compared to the old door! Love the fact that we can download an app that will allow us to open and close the garage door from anywhere.

Luke did a fabulous job for us! He was very accommodating. Not only did he repair our broken spring, he also installed a new garage door opener that we had not put up yet, saving us the hassle of doing it. After the “tuneup” that he gave our 47 year old door, it works just like new. We are very satisfied with the work performed by Precision Door.
