An amazing company! Fantastic customer service. Same day service. Who does that anymore?! I called and two hours later Luke appeared to solve the problem. Unfortunately, due to me, I had to have them come the next day to repair the problem. Travis, you're a miracle worker! Paul was prompt and courteous. He reviewed with me the installation and its operation which included the manual and remote controls and the keypad. He completed the project timely and left the manuals with me. He demonstrated the safety features by personally interrupting the signals. A broken garage door on a Saturday afternoon...I thought I'd have to wait until Monday but with one call, I had an appointment for a repair tech to be out within 1-2 hours. Hunter was on time, polite, professional and he did a great job. Hunter was the installer that came to my house today. Hunter did a good job of explaining to me what my problem was and what choices I had in purchasing a new garage door opener. He did not pressure me into the most expensive one, but provided honest answers to the questions I had regarding the one best for me. He was very professional and helpful and did a great job. After the initial search for Garage Door Spring replacement led me to Precision, everything was very easy. I had an idea of how much it would cost and a technician appointment for the next day completed in less than 15 minutes. Serviceman called ahead the next day and arrived as promised. In November I had to have the chain put back on my garage door, done by Bo. In December I needed to have motor for the opener replaced by Travis. Both gentlemen were very punctual, called me to let me know that they would be arriving within 10-15 minutes and gave me detailed information on what was needed.
