I had a problem with my garage door that it was coming apart from the door itself and the arm from the opener. Luke came out at 11 am as scheduled and accessed the situation. Repaired and replaced the arm fixed the problem. I really appreciate his overall service and asked me if I had any questions. I would highly this company. 8/7/2019

An amazing company! Fantastic customer service. Same day service. Who does that anymore?! I called and two hours later Luke appeared to solve the problem. Unfortunately, due to me, I had to have them come the next day to repair the problem. Travis, you're a miracle worker! Paul was prompt and courteous. He reviewed with me the installation and its operation which included the manual and remote controls and the keypad. He completed the project timely and left the manuals with me. He demonstrated the safety features by personally interrupting the signals. A broken garage door on a Saturday afternoon...I thought I'd have to wait until Monday but with one call, I had an appointment for a repair tech to be out within 1-2 hours. Hunter was on time, polite, professional and he did a great job. Hunter was the installer that came to my house today. Hunter did a good job of explaining to me what my problem was and what choices I had in purchasing a new garage door opener. He did not pressure me into the most expensive one, but provided honest answers to the questions I had regarding the one best for me. He was very professional and helpful and did a great job. I've used Precision many times over the past 20 plus years and am always confident of their products, services and installers.

After the initial search for Garage Door Spring replacement led me to Precision, everything was very easy. I had an idea of how much it would cost and a technician appointment for the next day completed in less than 15 minutes. Serviceman called ahead the next day and arrived as promised. These guys are AMAZING! Hunter just installed a new garage door opener this morning. Hunter came prepared with three options for a new opener. He didn’t pressure me to buy the most expensive option. He presented the options and went with the option I chose. He made fast work taking out the old opener and placing the new one! I highly recommend this company!
