I called about replacing my broken spring in the morning and it was repaired that same afternoon. The customer service was outstanding and the price was reasonable. Joe, the technician, was great. He inspected both doors and explained everything he was going to do. The job was done quickly and professionally. I would willingly recommend Precision to anyone I know.

Very happy with the prompt service from Precision Garage Door. Joe was our service technician and called and said he was ahead of schedule and if it was okay to arrive earlier. Never again! With the “Crash Door” notation of $500 and service call of $74.95 that amounts to $191.65 per hour for a 3 hour service call. it was Sunday ,but geez.I live in a 55 plus community of about 225 homes so I will post this bill on the community board with a notation of 3 hour service call and let people draw their own conclusions
