Excellent service and very prompt! I have always used Precision Door/Overhead Garage Door for my homes. I have always been extremely satisfied with their products, technicians, and attention to detail. At 9 am my garage door would not open and I was driving to Seattle by 10 am. I called Precision and in less than 2 hours a technician was repairing my garaged door. I trusted him to complete all the repairs and left for Seattle. When I returned the following day, Kevin left a nice note and the lifetime warranty, emailed me the invoice, and most importantly my garage door was working again. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage door service! I am a long-time customer and not compensated for this review.

Great service and on Christmas weekend. The spring broke trapping my wives car in. I called after 1PM and they had a technician out just about 3PM. Mike did a great job and good attitude. It was a little more than I wanted to pay. But when he started taking things off they needed to be replaced. I finally just said replace all moving parts. The door is a solid wood door and you can't even hear it. Thanks I would recommend them, the parts they put in were better quality than what was originally on the door.

Very professional. Colby was on time and explained everything before starting and pricing. We have used other companies but from now on will be using Precision. Pricing was fair in the market. I would say they are a 5 rating and especially coming out on Saturday with no extra charges.

I was very impressed with the individual that came to service my garage door opening. He actually came early--a good thing--and was clearly knowledgeable about garage door openers. Took him no longer than five minutes to locate the problem which he readily repaired. I would certainly call Precision in the future if I have garage door problems.

Dave P did a great job. Our door works better than it has for 20 plus years! Dave repaired our 16 foot door by installing new springs, brackets, and bearings, and lubed the opener shaft, we are good to go! Dave was very professional in his work and is trained well. Garage door repair. I think our tech was Brad. He was awesome!!! Brad came to my home on short notice because I couldn't get my garage door to close. He not only got it closed for me, but he showed me several techniques I could use in the future should I have that problem again. He also lubricated both doors, showed me how to do it myself in the future, and told me where I could go in my neighborhood to get the preferred product. Brad's professionalism and knowledge will certainly be a repeat customer in the future. Without reservation I recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

One of the springs to my garage door broke Friday afternoon,the beginning of the Memorial Day weekend. Thinking I had to wait till Tuesday to get it repaired,I was pleasantly surprised that a service tech was available late morning on Saturday. Aaron not only replaced both springs,but he also made some minor adjustments to the door free of charge. I would certainly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs!:)

They were the most responsive and punctual company that I have ever done business with on the Portland/Vancouver metro area. When there were issues with my door post service they sent a tech out free of chats to resolve the issue within 24 hours during the holiday weekend with no extra charge! I would definitely refer them over any other company.
