I discovered a broken spring on my garage door in the morning and had both cars in the garage. I was unable to lift the door even after disengaging the drive motor. I was really in a bind and was hoping that nothing happened that would require me needing to use a vehicle. I figured it would take a couple of days to get the springs replaced. When I called Precision Door Service, the lady asked me if that same day between noon and 2p.m. would be alright. You bet was my answer. The two technicians did a quick but thorough replacement and thanked me for being a repeat customer.

Paul & Gary Very professional & helped me to understand my issues with my key pads. Changed out the LED lights back to incandescent because LED LIGHT Bulbs interferes with connecting to my key pads as well. I had no idea ???? light bulbs could be a problem. A new key pad and wire repair & reprogramming my remote & I am a happy customer!!!

My Garage door attachment plate had pulled away from the door. I used Angie's list to find someone to repair the door. A different contractor called and I sent him pics of the damage. after seeing the pics and the type of door, he declined to help me. I called precision they set up a 2 hour window for me the next day. they arrived on time quickly accessed the damage gave me a quote and fixed my door. took about an hour. On time , professional, quick fix would Highly recommend. A new door would have cost me 3 to 4 times as much as the repair

I have to say, I was extremely impressed with Precision Door from start to finish. My door spring broke at 6:30pm. I called Precision Door right away and they schedule to have a technician come out the next day. Brad (technician) called me 20 minutes prior to scheduled appointment to say he was on his way. Brad was very professional and knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and cause of it. Brad found spring rod bearings to be worn out and suggested replacing. This was not surprising since they were 30 years old. Brad made the repairs quickly and professionally. I am a General Contractor, but do not touch garage door springs, as they can be dangerous. I would be honored to have a professional like Brad represent my company. Precision Door is lucky to have him as their employee.
