Very pleased with Precision, from the estimate to the install the whole process was extremely professional. I appreciated the conformation process for the estimate and install. The installer, Billy came on time and had every thing he needed to perform his job. He cleaned up after himself and hauled the old door and parts away. The estimator, Paul was right on time and took the effort to explain what I needed and the costs that were involved. Everything went according to plan. Undecided who to go to for a new opener and rail system. Went to the warehouse/show room in Tigard and talked to a young lady, Samantha, who showed me their products. Decided to give them a try. Sam and Matt replaced my opener system,adjusted the tension on the door, and other maintenance that was needed. I felt they were professional, honest, and did a great job. I won't hesitate to use them again.

We were so happy with the service on our garage door. We were able to have the (GREAT) technician out the very next day and the problem was solved. Courteous service over the phone, a commitment followed through to show up by 8:00am the next day! A heads up phone call 20 minutes before scheduled arrival time to let me know a Precision employee (Victor)was on his way. Victor arrived at 8:00 am. I was given a couple of different options/quotes regarding repairs, treated with professionalism without pushy sales pitch. Garage door was repaired within 45 minutes! Excellent customer service - Thank you!

Fantastic work, on time, fast, and got everything working. The machines in the home are a little older, and it was explained to me the things to look for in regards to maintenance. Very thorough very clean, and both doors work great. Due to the skilled work, and honest advice in regards to repairs vs. replacement, I will only work with Precision Door Services.

Hello, Found your listing with Angies list...called before noon and Brad arrived 4pm.He indicated problem with rollers and also explained my springs,due to age would need replacing in near future.He didnt attempt to"up sell" just advised of future need.At this time I chose to have both replaced which took apx 45 min.I am very satisfied with work and would not hesitate to recommend Precision and Brad to others.Thank you!

Accommodation for our emergency (car stuck in garage) was perfect, we lost little time due to our broken spring. Installation of new equipment was top notch, work required was expertly done. The only downsides was that we were not informed prior to the work/estimate that we would have been eligible for a 3yr warranty for just a few bucks more. The previous service call put the door sensors in incorrectly and we were charged to have them properly installed.

Our garage door spring broke on a Friday evening. Luckily, both our cars were out of the garage. I called 2 companies that I found on Angie's List. Precision called me back that Friday night. I never did get a call from the other company. Nathan was courteous and knowledgeable, and recommended replacing not only the broken spring, but also the other intact spring as well as the rollers and cables. The house and garage door is 12 years old. We will never again have to pay for this garage door to be serviced, as it now has a lifetime guarantee as long as we live here.

I would give Precision a 5-star rating if the price would have been more reasonable. I was given an estimate over the phone by Ponderosa Garage Doors for $450. Precision was almost double the price. The only reason I went with Precision was the lifetime warranty. Ponderosa's warranty was something like 2-3 years. Precision did excellent work, and the garage door works perfectly now. It's nice to know I won't have that to worry about any longer.
