I have to say, I was extremely impressed with Precision Door from start to finish. My door spring broke at 6:30pm. I called Precision Door right away and they schedule to have a technician come out the next day. Brad (technician) called me 20 minutes prior to scheduled appointment to say he was on his way. Brad was very professional and knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and cause of it. Brad found spring rod bearings to be worn out and suggested replacing. This was not surprising since they were 30 years old. Brad made the repairs quickly and professionally. I am a General Contractor, but do not touch garage door springs, as they can be dangerous. I would be honored to have a professional like Brad represent my company. Precision Door is lucky to have him as their employee. I will definitely be recommending them to my customers for garage door work. I will tell them to request Brad. Great job! Steve Hatfield

Unexpectedly trapped in my garage on the weekend due to broken spring. Thank goodness Precision was able to get to it same day on a Saturday. Scheduling and time updates were very helpful, great system. The service tech Joe was very professional, gave me detailed options for other worn parts, and got the job done efficiently. Very pleasant folks, fair price, smooth process. Highly recommend them.

Tech kept me up to date on his arrival time. And to everybody's credit he was a good guy who did a great job. He explained the options, we agreed on what work I wanted done. He did a professional job and he also answered some questions about door security which were very helpful. I chose this company based on previous reviews, and I am glad I did. I called at 11pm on a Sunday night, and somebody answered right away. She was extremely polite and helpful, especially with me calling so late. A tech was sent out to my home the next day and the tech called 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival time and let me know he was on his way. He evaluated the situation, and gave me a couple of different options. He had everything he needed to make the repairs with him, which made this super quick and convenient. He was done within an hour and was on his way. The tech, Jon, was extremely polite and professional, and finished the job quickly. He also made sure to explain to me what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. Great company!

Scheduled a service call with the dispatcher between 2 and 4pm Friday afternoon 11/20/15. Brad and Michael were at my home at 1:45pm, well ahead of schedule which I appreciated. They both introduced themselves to me and Michael quickly got to work on the door issue. One of the rollers was slipping off the track while the door is being opened. Michael ascertained the problem and promptly began repairing the track alignment. They were done in minutes and the door was opening and closing as it should. They both reminded me to occasionally keep the rollers, bearings, and spring lubricated. They even left me a spray can of the lubricant that they had brought. Finally, Brad prepared the service call receipt which I was able to sign and sent to my email address. Thank you, Brad and Michael for a great service call.

Serviceman Brad B. called ahead 15 minutes and arrived right on time. at 10am sharp.knowledgeable, knew his job, came for a tune-up, my remote did not work, he found a loose wire, changed out a light blub, repositioned the sensors, greased the track and door hinges. pleasant to talk with, excellent serviceman, I will ask for him next time I call for service. 6 stars for your company service and 6 stars for having a well trained serviceman employee. Originally our garage door opener was installed by Precision Door Service, so when our door spring broke, we called them to repair it. The technician, Aaron Wagman, arrived on time, surveyed the garage door and informed us of the potential repairs. He provided 3 quotes covering the repairs. We chose the complete package, which replaced all items except the rollers, in addition with this package, all parts now have a life time warranty. Aaron informed us exactly what he was going to do and gave us a time frame. He was efficient, his work was of high quality and he completed it within the time frame he gave us. We were impressed by the entire process.

Luke was very knowledgeable and quickly and efficiently identified and fixed my problem (broken torsion spring) and got the garage door working again in about an hour.
