We were concerned about the dependability and safety of our 29 year old garage door. We contacted Precision Door Service based on their business model and also that they were a family business. Nick arrived on time and immediately assessed our garage door. Based on his recommendation we choose to replace the door. What we most appreciated was that he presented different product options. We got a high quality door and opener that fit our budget. As he completed our order he made certain we were well informed about the items we purchased.

My garage door opener needed repair, a bracket broke and the door would not go up. I saw a TV add for Precision and went to the website and read the reviews. I called they were out to my house the next for and estimate. Nick made a quick assessment of what needed to be fixed and it was repaired within 30 minutes. Very happy with the service and price to have it repaired. Thank you !

Quick response time to my phone call for service & repair of the garage door. The new to us home & garage door needed multiple parts replaced, some panels realigned & tech's eye to get the door working & have a 3 year warrantee on the replacement parts. I called at 8:15AM & tech arrived at 11:30. Condition of door & controller inspected, repairs completed 2 & half hours later. I will call Precision, again, when & if needed.

We found out Easter Sunday afternoon that we couldn't open our garage door because the string broke. We called at 2:00 our call was immediately answered and the service tech Paul was at our house within a few hours. He replaced the springs and some other 30 year old parts, tuned up everything and our door is a good as new. No extra cost for it being a holiday and now we can get our car out of the garage and people can get to work and meeting tomorrow morning.

I discovered a broken spring on my garage door in the morning and had both cars in the garage. I was unable to lift the door even after disengaging the drive motor. I was really in a bind and was hoping that nothing happened that would require me needing to use a vehicle. I figured it would take a couple of days to get the springs replaced. When I called Precision Door Service, the lady asked me if that same day between noon and 2p.m. would be alright. You bet was my answer. The two technicians did a quick but thorough replacement and thanked me for being a repeat customer.

Paul & Gary Very professional & helped me to understand my issues with my key pads. Changed out the LED lights back to incandescent because LED LIGHT Bulbs interferes with connecting to my key pads as well. I had no idea ???? light bulbs could be a problem. A new key pad and wire repair & reprogramming my remote & I am a happy customer!!!

Luke was very knowledgeable of my garage door and quickly diagnosed the issues via a system inspection. Chris did an excellent job of explaining what repairing my 20-year-old garage door opener motor or purchasing a new one would be -- I went with installation of new garage door opener. He installed that and then talked me through all the things i would need to know about it and double-checked everything was working correctly. EXCELLENT SERVICE and very friendly and helpful technician. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

My Garage door attachment plate had pulled away from the door. I used Angie's list to find someone to repair the door. A different contractor called and I sent him pics of the damage. after seeing the pics and the type of door, he declined to help me. I called precision they set up a 2 hour window for me the next day. they arrived on time quickly accessed the damage gave me a quote and fixed my door. took about an hour. On time , professional, quick fix would Highly recommend. A new door would have cost me 3 to 4 times as much as the repair
