We knew we needed to replace our more than 40-year-old garage door but didn't realize our spring was broken and therefore dangerous. Out of the 3 estimators who came to look at our door, 2 came promptly and bid quickly, but Precision was the only one that offered to put in a temporary spring without charge to hold us until our door could be installed 6 weeks later (it actually got installed in 4 weeks). The other companies just told us we had a big problem and needed a new door and recommended we park our car outside until then. Precision sent a technician quickly to put in the temporary spring so we could park our car in the garage while waiting for the installation. Every person we dealt with at Precision was helpful, courteous, friendly, meticulous, and nice to work with. Their emails and confirmations of appointments and what to expect were excellent -- very clear and timely. Gary, our installer today, sanitized everything he touched after the installation because of the COVID-19 situation. We are so impressed with this company and all of its staff. I am so pleased with Precision that i highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new garage door!

My garage was in need of repair due to operator error aka, ME. I found Precision through a quick Google search and I don't regret it. Travis was fantastic. My garage door opener needed repair, a bracket broke and the door would not go up. I saw a TV add for Precision and went to the website and read the reviews. I called they were out to my house the next for and estimate. Nick made a quick assessment of what needed to be fixed and it was repaired within 30 minutes. Very happy with the service and price to have it repaired. Thank you !

Quick response time to my phone call for service & repair of the garage door. The new to us home & garage door needed multiple parts replaced, some panels realigned & tech's eye to get the door working & have a 3 year warrantee on the replacement parts. I called at 8:15AM & tech arrived at 11:30. Condition of door & controller inspected, repairs completed 2 & half hours later. I will call Precision, again, when & if needed.

We found out Easter Sunday afternoon that we couldn't open our garage door because the string broke. We called at 2:00 our call was immediately answered and the service tech Paul was at our house within a few hours. He replaced the springs and some other 30 year old parts, tuned up everything and our door is a good as new. No extra cost for it being a holiday and now we can get our car out of the garage and people can get to work and meeting tomorrow morning.

I discovered a broken spring on my garage door in the morning and had both cars in the garage. I was unable to lift the door even after disengaging the drive motor. I was really in a bind and was hoping that nothing happened that would require me needing to use a vehicle. I figured it would take a couple of days to get the springs replaced. When I called Precision Door Service, the lady asked me if that same day between noon and 2p.m. would be alright. You bet was my answer. The two technicians did a quick but thorough replacement and thanked me for being a repeat customer.

Paul & Gary Very professional & helped me to understand my issues with my key pads. Changed out the LED lights back to incandescent because LED LIGHT Bulbs interferes with connecting to my key pads as well. I had no idea ???? light bulbs could be a problem. A new key pad and wire repair & reprogramming my remote & I am a happy customer!!!

Luke was very knowledgeable of my garage door and quickly diagnosed the issues via a system inspection. Luke worked up a couple of quotes and I chose the lifetime guarantee which included replacement of some west parts. After a short hour the door was operating better than it has for years.
