Our garage door spring broke on a Friday evening. Luckily, both our cars were out of the garage. I called 2 companies that I found on Angie's List. Precision called me back that Friday night. I never did get a call from the other company. Nathan was courteous and knowledgeable, and recommended replacing not only the broken spring, but also the other intact spring as well as the rollers and cables. The house and garage door is 12 years old. We will never again have to pay for this garage door to be serviced, as it now has a lifetime guarantee as long as we live here.

I thought I had a major problem. The arm of the automatic door opener was pulled completely off the garage door because a painter had inadvertantly sprayed paint between the door and the seals when he painted it! Thinking that I had ruined the door, and maybe damaged the opener, I called Precision the next morning. Within 30 minutes they were at my house, and with 45 minutes the repair person had calmed me down and quickly repaired the door. Very impressed and relieved!!

Totally reliable, always available to help in an emergency and reasonable prices. I was able to set an appointment within 24 hours of my garage door spring breaking. Technicians called ahead and were on time, courteous, professional and worked quickly to get the job done. Provided explanations and options on what needed to be fixed as well as what else could be done to improve/prolong our current garage door system. I was very impressed that you responded so quickly. Brad was very professional, introduced himself. Did the evaluation of the situation and then gave me the results. He gave me options of just fixing the spring or doing maintenance on the door. We elected for the garage door maintenance and the spring. What a difference in our garage door. I have lived her almost 20 years and it is so quiet now. He did tell me about my door opener as well as about new garage doors. When it comes time to repair or replace those, I will call you. Top notch crew. They did a great job. I would give 5 stars but do to some mix up on their end I was left sitting for an hour waiting for my appoint to only find out they had failed to schedule it properly. This was corrected the next day and the techs showed up on time and ready to get the job done. I had cables, rollers, springs, and drums replaced.

Del was very knowledgeable and did quality work. He came to replace the lower brackets, and talked me into getting new cables as well. He showed me where my existing cable on the left was starting to fray (which I missed) and identified why the bracket and cable were becoming worn. I put the Precision sticker he gave me over the one of the people who installed my garage door.

Thank you Alex for your prompt response for the broken spring and assessment of our two 1995 garage doors. The rebuilt of the original parts and the two new motors has given us "new" extremely quiet doors. Thank you for the excellent service. We definitely recommend Precision.
