Brad was very professional; he arrived as scheduled, spoke to me about the condition of the garage door, made the repairs efficiently and helped out with a problem with another door as well. He explained the problem with the door he had just repaired and gave me instructions for its use, as well as checked the availability of a comparable door and times for installation. I was very pleased with his work, especially in light of the fact that I had had problems with another garage door repair company.

I received excellent service and pricing. I selected Precision because I had just seen an ad on TV. They worked with me to get the price at a level I could afford and I really appreciated that. They were here the next morning and quickly finished the repair. They also provided an inspection and estimate so I can have additional work done when I can afford it. Repair tech did not have experience with the exact model of opener and door that i currently own. he was prompt, polite, concerned and talked to his supervisor immediately. while he is unable to help with my specific problem he did get me a referral and did not charge me. my problem is not fixed, but if the fix is to replace the opwner por door, I will have Precision do the work. I have had many service calls for a multitude of issues. Precision does this right. they immediately confirmed my appointment, identified by name and photo the repairman and were timely. You guys do this right. I will have you do what ever work we need done that is your scope. I appreciate your service.

Jonathon was very knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. After checking the entire door it was determined I only needed new rollers and some adjustments. It was easy to make the appointment. The tech called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled and was very prompt. I will definitely use Precision again!

I'm impressed, our garage door spring broke on a Friday night, trapping one of our cars inside. Called Precision Door Service on Saturday morning around 9:00 and by 4 pm, Jon the technician was installing the new spring. About 40 minutes later the springs on, all of the hinges lubricated and a quick adjustment on the door opener. I'm totally impressed and happy with the service provided by Jon the technician and Precision Door Service! Thank you.

I'd give a 5 Star Rating for the service I received. When I called for an estimate and to schedule an appointment my questions were answered without hesitation and I was offered next day service with a 2 hour window. I was advised in advance the technician name (along with a photo and profile), date of scheduled service and time he'd arrive. Dave P. was our technician. He called at 8:03 a.m. (our appointment was scheduled between 8:00 a.m. & 10:00 a.m.) stating he would arrive in 15 minutes...which he did. Dave arrived in a clean well marked truck. Dave appearance and demeanor was very professional. Dave went right to work and was finished within approx. 1 hour. Dave checked for appropriate condition and operation of the complete garage door functionality, not just the springs and bearings that were replaced. I felt he was forthright and truthful on his assessments and I did not feel he tried to up-charge me on anything that I really didn't need. The overall experience was excellent and I'd gladly recommend this company to family and friends. Thank You Dave P. and Precision for a job well done.

Precision installed our garage door several years ago, and we have been impressed with how smoothly the door functions, as well as how appealing it is aesthetically. It has always been easy to make an appointment with a technician for an inspection or repair. Luke and Tim were efficient, professional and good natured. We were pleased that they were very thorough while inspecting the garage door, and made sure any questionable parts were repaired or replaced.
