Garage Door spring broke overnight. I hopped online at 7:00 AM and got an appointment for 11 AM same day. Brian and David called at 10:45 saying they were on their way. They got here right at 11:00. My husband thought we had a warranty but I couldn't get the system to recognize me online. Brian and David were able to find our previous account (it was in my husbands name) and merged them so we were able to use the warranty. Everything got fixed right up. They were very kind and friendly and best of all did the job well. Thank you!

Totally pleased. Our garage door spring broke with a bang. Brian from Precision came out the same day and quickly put in a new set of springs. Extremely affable, he then went over his inspection of our 26 y.o. garage door and opener assembly, pointing out potential problems and gave us recommendations. We decided just to replace the springs at this time, but Brian did not in any way engage in what I would call pressure tactics. When the inevitable happens to our garage door, we will be calling Precision Door Service to correct the problem.

Our door hardware broke on a long Holiday weekend, no matter though - Precision was there within minutes for the repair. The tech was as good as it gets! This was a really great experience from beginning to end for us. We had a consult which went over what they would do for replacing our garage door and a solid estimate on parts, labor, and the project time to get the new door installed. From start to finish it was smooth. The install tech was courtesy and kept us informed on his approximate arrival. He explained what he would be working on and the time it should take. After install, he walked through some of the basic maintenance and made sure all was working to our satisfaction and the area was clean. We live in a townhome complex with HOA, so they wanted to make sure replacing the door was okay. As the homeowner, we did that checking and they matched up as close as possible to the neighbors' doors. The process was great; the door is working great and their interest in making sure we got what we need for repair/replacement lived up to what we expected and what they can do!

See the ads all the time. Garage door would not shut so needed immediate service and they arrived quickly. Chuck Hunt did a fabulous job was quick and efficient in replacing my entire opening system. Price was reasonable. I have an entire new garage door opener and am very pleased. New opener is so much nicer than my 30 year old chain type opener. Chuck arrived when the temperature was 100 degrees and the sun was shining into the garage. Very hot in there and he still was able to complete the job in about an hour. Could not have had a nicer technician for the repair. Thanks Chuck.

Fantastic service! The technician (Chuck) arrived right before 10 AM. I booked the appointment online at 9:40 this morning for today between 10 and 12. He was here at 10:00! Chuck was friendly, professional and knew exactly what to do. He had everything in the truck to complete the job - and he even had an new remote I asked for after he got here He quoted me the charge and the final bill was exactly as quoted. Chuck was thorough with his inspection and checked the door operation before leaving. He explained the services he'd performed and showed me his work. He left the area clean . The efficiency of the service allowed me extra time to get more done afterwards than I had expected. My neighbor saw him at work and after I bragged about the service she asked me to get Chuck's card - which he promptly supplied. This experience is exactly why Precision is the only company I go to for all my garage door needs.

From the initial estimate to the final installation, my project was smooth and professional. This was replacing a damaged single car garage door with an upgraded model. The new door has insulation which has helped this otherwise fully insulated space retain heat and and also stay cooler on hot days. The pricing seemed fair, as it matched exactly what my insurance company said it should be when determining my claim payment.

Had a great experience with Precision. My garage door stopped working late on Friday, but they were able to get there Saturday morning to fix it. My technician, Brian Stearns, was great--very professional and efficient and clearly walked through all of the options for me. Would highly recommend them!
