We purchased the door from Precision slightly more than a year ago.The seal at bottom when closed left a gap at one corner, then the door wasn’t closing without constant pressure on the button. The service person diagnosed all the problems explain how to deal with them and installed a thicker seal which we needed due other work in garage and serviced the door. He told us how to maintain the door. I was satisfied with this service wish the earlier installation had been better on the custom fitting and information front but very satisfied with product and this follow up .

Luke showed up on time and was friendly and courteous. Replaced the broken spring and overhauled the entire door with new rollers, cables, etc., and was finished in 1.25 hours. Door works great now and is noticeably quieter as well. Precision was great to work with.

Sean was great! He did an excellent job of fixing some structural issues from my old garage door install (yes, it was a DIY job!), and walked me through all the benefits of the new garage door. I used Precision to get my garage door back in its tracks after a power outage last year and was just as pleased with them.
