Dear Precision, Our service technician, Jess, could not have been more professional, and courteous. We are so pleased with the installation of our new garage door with remote and keypad access. He even went to several places to find a new 4x4, 16'support beam which demonstrated to us a great work ethic and attention to detail which is rare these days. Thank you for coming to fix the Garage Door opener. Since the garage door was installed last year we have had to have it worked on twice. When the weather gets cold it hasn't worked. I would expect that the warranty begins again with this new install for both doors since it has not worked consistently since it was installed new just a year ago. My concern is that this will continue to happen again next year. I do appreciate the service but would expect a new garage to work perfectly for more than a year without needing service.

Three positive experience from Ed my garage door technition. I got a courtesy call with an ETA. Professional; introduction with hand shake, quick analysis of garage door with optional solution, and efficient work on door. Last was his wonderful attitude towards my 2 year old daughter, who had opened the door to the garage and started to ask Ed lots of questions in which he responded kindly. Wonderful service.

Ray and his helper did a great job. One of my openers broke and I was past due for replacing my two 35 year old garage door openers. Ray reviewed the different Precision models as well as offering to install any other brand I might choose. I went with the Precision belt driven model. I cannot believe how quiet it is. In addition to replacing the old openers, they also replaced all the rollers, replaced both springs, adjusted the track and tightened and lubricated the door hinges. I could not be happier with the final result.

Our 30 year old garage door system began failing the day before leaving on a three day trip. Precision Garage Door had someone arrive within a few hours at the stated arrival time. The technician was very professional. He explained to us what was wrong and what our options were. He didn't try to "sell" one option over the other. He just explained the pros and cons of each option and then let us decide what we thought was best. We realized that due to the age of our system we really needed more done than just replacing the garage door motor. The job was going to take four hours and it was already 4 PM. No problem. He had the equipment in his truck for the option we chose and could get the work done then. Given that we were leaving town the next day we were quite grateful that he was willing to work into the evening. He did and it worked fine. We are quite pleased with the work that was done and the professionalism of the technician. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I saw their advertisement in the Oregonian and since my automatic opener was not functional, I thought I would give them a call. I am sure glad I did. The technician was named Aaron. I thought he did an outstanding job on my garage door. He is truly a craftsman. With the installation of a new motor, a weather strip (That I had asked for) and a tune up and inspection, the door works better than it ever has since I bought my house 6 years ago. Well worth the price. Kudos to Aaron and the rest of the Precision crew.

I have only positive things to say about my experience with Precision door. My old door was falling apart and I needed to have it looked at. I agreed with Paul's assessment that it should be replaced. I thought the price was fair so I ordered a new door and after a short wait, Jess came out (arrived early) and did a masterful job of installing the new door. He was meticulous in his work and I am extremely pleased with the finished product! He did a very good cleanup too! No hesitation in recommending this company and their professionalism! I feel like I have a new garage door it is so quiet when it goes up. I had bought a Groupon to have my garage door opener tuned up. My garage door opener wasn't closing the door all the way. Branden recommended a new opener as it is quite old but when I explained that I wouldn't be able to purchase one right now he worked hard to find the issue and replace the part and then lubricated it and had it running again and sounding like new. He never tried to pressure me into a new unit but worked hard to make mine last awhile longer until I can save up the money for a new one. I really appreciated that and will call Precision for the new one when I am ready. Branden is a class act and really knows garage door openers & a real professional. Thank you

He came the same day I called for service, very important to me because I needed to be able to get my car in and out of the garage. Hi, Just wanted to let you know that Luke did an excellent job. He called a little early saying he could meet me sooner if i able to. He was on time and when what was going on with the remotes, he listened carefully and knew exactly what i needed. Very impressed! I was told by two other garage door companies that the space was not sufficient for a garage door opener. Luke showed up and not only fixed a broken spring the same day, but he worked out a plan using his resources (co-worker who stopped by at the end of his shift to look) to install a garage door opener as well. My wife and I are VERY happy with the install and Luke made this happen with his knowledge, team partnership and a smile the entire time. I was very impressed with Aaron's call prior to his arrival, asking a few trouble-shooting questions so as to potentially avoid a service charge if a phone consultation could solve the problem.
