pleased you were open this holiday; technician arrived and with some muscle inside the garage opened the door. Chain was jammed making it difficult to open. Appreciate the special care and service including the recommendations for lengthing the next service trip. Rollers, some circuit work, excellent clean out of insects and cleanup. Great job!

I called at 3:00 pm on Memorial Day. Precision at a technician to my house at 4:00 pm and he called to let me know when he was 20 minutes away. They fixed my garage door quickly and also made it quieter in the process. I wish all merchants were this professional and delivered the same great quality service.

Josh just left and was very pleased with his service. Was unhappy that I needed a new motor, but that is not his fault and even I knew that the sounds coming out of now old one were not good. He showed up early, was very professional, very pleasant and I would recommend him to others. Agree with one previous comment that has nothing to do with Josh, but when making the initial phone call. I was never told about the service fee during that call and feel that I should have been told about it. It turns out that because I had to replace the whole unit, the service fee was packaged with the motor replacement, but had that not been the case, it definitely would have been an unpleasant surprise. Loved the same day service!

Positively 5 stars. Appointment with Victor to give an estimate - very friendly and knew products and helped me with selection of the perfect door. Justin, the installer, was available earlier than the scheduled time and I was notified by both email and phone. Justin was great - got the door installed faster than I thought.

The service I received was excellent - 5 star. I called late in the afternoon one day and was able to schedule a service call for the next. Jon accessed the damage to the single car garage door and repaired it with a brace. He also made sure nothing else needed repair and oiled/greased the wheels in the opening/closing tract. (I might be using incorrect terminology!) He was very personable and professional. And lastly, the cost was very reasonable. I recommended your company to my real estate agent, in case anyone else damages a garage door in the last stages of moving!

Precision staff worked on my old garage door several years ago and managed to identify and fix a problem which another company failed to do. I called today for an inspection and maintenance which, of course, was done well. I particularly appreciated getting information on what I might encounter should I need to replace this very old door in the future.

Our request for service on our noisy opener was handled efficiently and courteously. We feared that bearings in the opener had failed and the unit would need to be replaced. It surprised us to get service the same day--in fact--we were called to see if it would be convenient for the technician to arrive several hours earlier than originally scheduled, Wow! Jon--our service tech--was careful, quickly diagnosed the issues, and quickly, (with a few squirts of grease} returned our door to quiet service. He explained clearly what he was doing and followed that with a complete analysis and notes by e mail. We are delighted! Thanks, Precision!

The service was great! The service technicians arrived on time and got right to work. They replaced our faulty keypad, adjusted the spring, lubed the door, check our remote control pads. They were very professional. We were glad we called Precision Door.

We used Precision Overhead Garage Door service to install a new opener, then later when the spring broke to do a complete overhaul of the door. Today Precision came out to service a garage door I had not opened in eight years. Ray did a complete and meticulous service of the door, gave me advice on how to extend the life of the door and did a quick check of the other door. I called this morning and the service was done today. Awesome quality service, that is why I always use Precision!

Very timely, provided a range of options for fixing the problem. One issue with the travel adjustments required him to come back the next day, so I can't give 5 stars. :( But the overall experience was very good, and the new garage door opener works great.

A garage door tune up was performed. Additionally, my door was often sticking upon opening, especially first open on cold days. The technician was on time (within 15 minutes of scheduled appointment) and called to tell me when he was close to arriving. He was friendly, clean and efficient. He did the full tune up and gave me a quote for the additional service that needs to be done. I am very satisfied with the service level. I had an Amazon Local voucher so I am also satisfied with the price. My only call out is that it took about a month to get an appointment, but I guess that just means they're busy (a good sign of a good business).

We were so pleasantly surprise. When the Tech arrived he quickly assessed everything and gave us a number of options. What surprised us most was that he was ready to install our new opener right there on the spot. He estimated an hour and a half and it was almost exactly that. Brad was also a great guy. We have nothing but good things to say about the experience.

Excellent service, from the receptionist, estimator to installer. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The final tab was not cheap, but, since we purchased two new garage doors and electric openers, we feel that the cost was well worth it. This company is highly recommended.
