Fast and friendly service. They had installed a replacement garage door opener less then a year ago that had never worked right. They replaced the tracks and works (and sounds) so much better!

Mike, the service technician, was punctual, courteous, and competent and very professional. He reflects highly on your companies effort to provide excellent service in this time of generally poor customer service. He recommended a new garage opener, but I wanted two and he was able to get me a fair price for a twofer! I found you on google and would highly recommend your company. FiVE STARS!!

The service technician was very professional and personable. He was meticulous, knowledgable and offered a variety of options. There was no pressure to pick a particular option, and the prices quoted also included all of the work that was included in the option. I would not hesitate to recommend this particular technician for a second or the company he represents.

You have our loyal business for as long as we use garage doors. Despite the bad weather, the technician came to our home in less than 24 hours. He fixed the problem quickly and our garage door opener is working like new. He was also very professional and friendly.

We are glad to find a contractor that lives up to their web site ad! After a frantic evening call, an embarrassing confession ( I drove my van out of the garage with the back hatch still up, grinding the upper cables of my overhead garage door), I called Precision and received a call back. Despite the late hour, a nice young man named Kevin arrived and fixed our garage door. He was courteous, informing us of his actions and very professional. Thanks for your consideration! The Greens

they seem to be able to come at a moment's notice and get the job done quickly. They are personable, and the price of a service call is fair.

This was my third interaction with staff from Precision Door Service over a 20 year period. Each time I received a prompt response (today within 45 minutes!) and appropriate and professional service. I would highly recommended your services to friends and neighbors.

We have always had work done on our garage door by Precision. Precision put in our garage door and just recently replaced the weather stripping. They are always very professional and do an excellent job. They get here on schedule. They are very courteous and effectively explain the job that needs to be done. I"d give them a 5.

I called for an estimate in the morning and your estimator was at my house the same day. He was friendly, knowledgable and straight forward. I had a written estimate emailed to me before he left. Thanks for the fast and efficient response. It makes me feel confident that your company would be a pleasure to work with.

Super positive experience with prompt response on Sunday AM with called answered quickly and pleasant woman taking information and then Jonathan Hendricks was such a thorough and pleasant repair guy explaining all the details and even helping my neighbor with a new remote for his malfunctioning unit too. I am sold that this is the Les Schwab of the Garage Door business. 5 star plus!

Precision serviced my garage door and installed a new opener and key pad in August. I called today as my key pad was not working, two hours later they replaced it at no charge. Both the receptionist and service representative were very courtious and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend PDS to friends and neighbors.

Day started bad - Garage door acting up! Googled Garage door mts. and was impressed with your website. When I called your office and talked to Holly, to my pleasant surprise she said she could have someone out right away. Mike arrived and did a great job - and was very personable as well as knowledgeable. We will be wanting to use you for annual maintenance.
