My job required the old garage door to be taken down and a new one put up with a new opener. The job was probably more difficult than usual, as the door to be taken down was a single piece and didn't open. Brian showed up early, assessed the situation, and handled the job himself, very professionally. Additionally, there was nothing straight/square about my garage and presented unusual challenges. The job was completed on time as scheduled and we are very happy with the product and the installation process. We would highly recommend Precision to our family and friends. Thanks!

Can a repair call be perfect? Well this one was. Brad showed up, looked things over for a few minutes, then asked me out to give me an idea of what was wrong and how/why it may of happened. I was givin a quote for repairs, and the work was done quickly and quietly...perfect! I will not hesitate to call in the future if any more problems occur.

Paul came promptly to our house after I called to make an appointment for a bid on new garage doors. He was very professional and helpful. I got 5 different bids from different companies to do the doors. I chose Precision Door Service to do the work because I felt like I was getting more quality for my money. After I called them to tell them I had chose them to do the work, they came within a couple of days. Brian Buchholz was the installer and he was very professional and very helpful in acquainting me with my new doors and showing me how to operate everything. He showed up on time, and was always courteous and told me I could call anytime if I needed help. Precision Door Service has reasonable prices and high quality doors and service. Iâ??m absolutely thrilled with the results and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you, Paul and Brian!

Our garage door opener broke. Precision was the third call to a service company. Everyone else said they couldn't get out to our home for a week. I didn't want to wait that long. After Jesse explained the cost of repairing our old opener versus a new one, we decided to replace the entire mechanism. Every time I open it, I am amazed at how quiet the new opener is. Jesse was very easy to work with and that is appreciated.

We lucked-out as your business card was on our garage wall next ot the opener switches when we bought our home last October. The technician was excellent! Ten-minute warning call before showing up right on time, quality installation, complete clean-up, set-up all the functions on our new controller, consise "training" on how to use our new opener, and very polite - couldn't be better. The only way our experence could have been better - "You are our 1,000,000 customer - the opener and installation is FREE!!" OK, so I'm a dreamer................. Fantastic. He was here as promised on the same day I called. Diagnosed my issue and had a reasonable repair estimate in minutes. We had a full service package done on our garage door. Brad did a great job. He told me the price or the repair and was not pushy to do some preventative service. I would rate a 5. I also like the evening service so I could be home from work and my wife would not have to try and make decisions on the amount of service we wanted.

Your coupon and ease of getting an appointment got you the call. Mike, your tech, really knows what he's talking about. He explained the entire system to me and pointed out problem areas a previous tech with another firm had missed. He is a real professional and takes pride in his work. When Mike was done my door worked better than it has since I bought my home. I feel like my door is safer now. I'd recommend Mike to anyone who wants it done right.
