Precision installed our garage door several years ago, and we have been impressed with how smoothly the door functions, as well as how appealing it is aesthetically. It has always been easy to make an appointment with a technician for an inspection or repair. Luke and Tim were efficient, professional and good natured. We were pleased that they were very thorough while inspecting the garage door, and made sure any questionable parts were repaired or replaced. We were happy and satisfied with our service and will call again anytime our garage door has any issues.

A spring on our door broke last Friday. I explained to the lady answering my call that we had a bridal shower Saturday, and needed help as early as possible. Aaron called at 7:30 and arrived at 8 a.m. He was friendly and helpful; and he made the repair quickly and professionally. He turned a problem into a great experience for us. We commend you and your employees. They are an exceptional group, and we will gladly recommend your services to others.

My garage door gave up the ghost while Kevin was working on my neighbors door. He checked it out. Told me the spring had broken plus several other things being them door was 35 years old. We made an appt. for Mon. 8 am. He was the best.. Also I understand it was his day off. When he left, I felt I had a new friend

I found Precision at the Home & Garden Show, made an appointment and Victor came out. My garage door hadn't been worked on for 35 years, Victor did a absolutely awesome job. He worked study for 4-5 hours and was very honest with me. Thank You, my garage door works beautifully.

From the kind & caring dispatchers, Kim & Lisa to the knowledgeable technician, Calen, the personal, professional service was superlative. Frantic - as we were unable to open the garage door (to get to work), these folks went above and beyond to get a tech out to our place as soon as possible. They understood and responded promptly & proficiently - installing 2 new springs and roller were installed. We were EXTREMELY pleased with the timely service!!

I have used Precision for the past ten years and have been very satisfied with both their service and performance of their equipment. The Technician was very efficiant and did a great job taking out the old door and putting in the new one. All by himself and in a constant down pour of rain.I really appreciate the professional manner in which he worked. My job required the old garage door to be taken down and a new one put up with a new opener. The job was probably more difficult than usual, as the door to be taken down was a single piece and didn't open. Brian showed up early, assessed the situation, and handled the job himself, very professionally. Additionally, there was nothing straight/square about my garage and presented unusual challenges. The job was completed on time as scheduled and we are very happy with the product and the installation process. We would highly recommend Precision to our family and friends. Thanks!

Can a repair call be perfect? Well this one was. Brad showed up, looked things over for a few minutes, then asked me out to give me an idea of what was wrong and how/why it may of happened. I was givin a quote for repairs, and the work was done quickly and quietly...perfect! I will not hesitate to call in the future if any more problems occur.

Our garage door opener broke. Precision was the third call to a service company. Everyone else said they couldn't get out to our home for a week. I didn't want to wait that long. After Jesse explained the cost of repairing our old opener versus a new one, we decided to replace the entire mechanism. Every time I open it, I am amazed at how quiet the new opener is. Jesse was very easy to work with and that is appreciated.

The Technician from Precision Garage Door was awesome!! Aaron was thorough but speedy and great customer service!! Precision should be proud to have someone like Aaron on their team!!
