I couldn't believe that it only took 4 hours after my call for a technician to arrive and one hour after that, my garage door was fixed. We needed to replace a broken spring, bearings and rollers, and it's as good as new! Ten year warranty on parts (one year on labor) and a 10% senior discount! I have no way of comparing prices, but I'm satisfied.

David was great. He gave me several options. He never pressured me for anything. I choose to have the high end opinion because we use the door a lot. It was still less than half of what was spent only about year before for the same type of repair. Obviously I called because that failed. I now have a warranty on the work. I understood what was being done and why. The price for the quality was great and the service outstanding. I do hope it's at least 10 years from now; nevertheless, Precision is who I will call if needed. I am glade I called. All the 5 star reviews are deserved!
