I’ve used Precision 3 times since 2020. In each case everyone I’ve interacted with has been timely, considerate and pleasant. I called in the am about my garage door was given a 12 - 2 time window Ted called with a time of arrival, he was friendly and personable. Ted quickly diagnosed the problem gave an estimate on the spot and completed the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after himself and left leaving me with a working garage door. It was a pleasure to meet him, he is a credit to his company I would recommend him without reservation. Impressed with the efficiency of the whole thing!

He had everything fixed in just a few more hours, with all the replacement parts in his truck. I highly recommend them. It's also a great feature that you can watch an introductory video of the tech before he/she arrives - that way you know who to expect. A nice touch.

The tech arrived at 1:00, adjusted and lubed a few things and was gone by 1:20. The bill was $233.95. Do you realize that is $11.69 per min. or $$701.85 per hr. Even if you remove the $74.95 service fee it’s still $7.95 a min. or $477 an hr. Seems quite exorbitant to me. Will probably try a different service company next time.

Yes I have an issue with my garage door opener. I call precision and they come over the next morning and took care of it. It was under warranty as well. The issue was fix within 30min. Thank you very much for taking care of your customer so well. I do recommend precision to anyone.
