Our 20 year old garage door opener needed to be replaced, and Luke was the person to do it! He was super communicative and professional, gave us lots of options, made improvements that didn't cost anything extra, and took the time to help with the app and setting up the remotes in our cars. We got an appointment same day, the technician Boe arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and gave us several options to choose from. He installed a new motor, door springs, roller and sensors very quickly and did quality work. So much quieter than the almost 30-year-old one he replaced. Very happy with the service. Beau was at our house within 2 hours of my call, on a Sunday. We were trapped in our garage with a broken spring. Beau did a quick estimate then replaced our springs plus a few other parts and was gone in a couple of hours. Excellent.

Once the replacement opener had been selected, the installation went quickly and smoothly. Trey then explained the various options for the operation of the opener and assisted in the installation of the APP. The entire process took less than two hours and I am extremely pleased with the result.
