WOW! From the time my phone call was answered until Hunter drove out our driveway, this has to be the best company I’ve ever worked with. Extremely fast response time, (on Thanksgiving eve) on time, called before arrival, Hunter was very professional, courteous, gave me an exact price before starting and installed the new spring mechanism on the spot. Called Precision after looking them up online. Within days someone was at my home and everything was repaired! I appreciated the careful covid precautions, the attention to detail, and even the extra help I was offered while I attempted to coil an especially long extension cord in my garage. And when it shut down, doesn’t hit the ground hard. I was able to get the appointment right away. Hunter came to my house within an hour of calling precision door service. He was very courteous. He didn't mind putting a mask on my request. Much appreciated. He gave me detailed breakdown of what happened and what needs to be done to fix it with few options to choose from. After choosing the option he went at it and fixed the problem very quickly. It was nice to have Hunter fixing my garage door. Highly recommended.
