Today, years after my initial installation I received an email from Precision. I was informed that they would waive the inspection fee on my doors and fix minor issues. We got an appointment same day, the technician Boe arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and gave us several options to choose from. He installed a new motor, door springs, roller and sensors very quickly and did quality work. So much quieter than the almost 30-year-old one he replaced.
